A great range of food, the Supermarket is well laid out. The flow of customer's through the store is well organised.
The bread section has a lovely range of different types of options.
The Sushi bar has freshly made products.
The delicatessen area has a delicious choice of meats, cheeses, dips, salads, Quiches to tantilise the tastebuds.
It has everything you want and more.
Great customer service and helpful staff.

If you’re after a cheesy might roll, they have the best they are awesome at the store is very clean and immaculate. Good place to shop.

It's a supermarket that supports the local community and stocks some of my favourite groceries that I can't find anywhere else at a reasonable price.
It's great to have a supermarket that is a bit unique compared to the giants that profess to be concerned but really are only concerned with improving profits.

Customer for a long time, always receiving excellent customer service, today my experience was above and beyond nothing was too much trouble from the store manager who helped me find what I needed, and assisted me with my shopping taking it to the check out assistant who organized for a trolley for me to take to my car, very grateful as I am not very well. Great place, convenient, friendly people. Prices sometimes are a little high compared to the Coles/Woolworths duopoly or Aldi, but the service is better. Their specials are very good though.

Nice modern interior for an IGA, good selection of meat and fresh produce.

Edit: This has become my main supermarket through the years. Always well stocked with items you won't find at the other chain stores. Staff are always helpful and friendly. The attached liquor store also have some unique offerings!

I love the fresh bread and croissants in the bakery section. They have a wide range of produce and everything seems nice and fresh. Highly recommend this IGA

Well.you need to come out check it yourself. I saw something is cheaper a bit for Woolworths.there also many ingredients to cook.

OMG I love your store. One of the best IGA's I've been to. When I die, please bury me in your on-site movie popcorn machine. Every single product known to man is here.

Great store, still them same, has a tatts agency there in store for Powerball etc so convenient, also very clean

The staff at Ritchies Mount Waverley are amazing. They go above and beyond to help. Recently we needed baby formula but it was sold out everywhere. I called Ritchies and they took down my details, promising to call as soon as it was in. Now we live in a Covid world right now where everything is delayed. I had forgotten about it (as I’d switched to another brand in the interim).
To my surprise I received a lovely, cheerful phone call today saying that they’d got it back in stock & asked how many I wanted kept for me to collect. I was blown away by the fact that they still had my details & remembered to call! Thank you so much. I can’t remember the name of the lovely woman I spoke to but she remembered speaking to me weeks ago and I really appreciate the great service. Thank you!

Staff are wonderful here, I feel bad for the self serve checkout employees when there machines are down. Constantly being asked for help must be annoying lol

What a lovely tidy organised shop. The bigger stores could take a leaf out of Ritchies. Great job management & staff. I will be shopping at Ritchies now, having just moved to the Mt Waverley area. Very impressed!

It has a reasonable selection of goods (especially considering it is an IGA). It has a sushi bar (which I wasn't expecting) and a decent selection of fruit as well.

Prices are sometimes good, sometimes more expensive. They have their own catalogue, on top of the normal IGA one.

Service was reasonable.

Overall, it is worth a visit if you live locally.

Fantastic IGA supermarket and bottle shop! You'll find stuff here that simply isn't available anywhere else. Plus they have all the regular stuff and often on special.

Shopping here supports our community and unlike some other establishments it's actually worth becoming a member.

Love Ritchies at Mt Waverley. Absolutely fabulous fun wandering the aisles and finding wonderful cheeses, deli items and so much more.

For such a small store, I hadn't expected the sushi bar, large bakery/cafe and butchers. The ready to go meals from the cafe/deli section are delicious and taste home made
