Ritchies SUPA IGA Kyabram reviews
23Just a supermarket. Beware of vegetable quality. Actually better than Woolworths now. F&V ok and really a better supermarket. I would much rather shop here than at ColesWorth.
Just a supermarket. Beware of vegetable quality. Actually better than Woolworths now. F&V ok and really a better supermarket
Customer service is terrific. Meat quality is some of the best around. Friendly staff and range is exceptional, especially for a small store
Great selection of the normal big named brands/products you would expect at a supermarket, as well as many localy made australian brands/products. The meat section is full of variety and seems to be always well priced. The fruit and veg section is wonderful and has fresh produce at all times. The store is always clean, well stocked, has plenty of parking and friendly staff. Only disapointment is how the entry to the parking lot is set up. We always have issues with cars/traffic.
I usually love this store and have only had great experiences in the past but today I was treated terribly because I brought my shopping basket to the counter. I didn’t see a sign anywhere saying I was expected to take it back to the front of the store but the cashier glared at me, stomped over and then said to me that’s my pet hate in case you were wondeting!
I was so surprised with the wonderful changes, displays, new products, definitely one of my favourite places to shop
Great staff, nothing is a hassle to them always very helpful and the shop and even outside is kept very clean
To the guy who served me today at the register at Kyabram.
(I wish I got your name). Can I say Thank you for being so friendly and packing my groceries the way I would.
We are fortunate to have an IGA in town as an alternative. We'll worth a visit to pick up some specials.
Great shop good staff and presentation of store and produce is good. Will be shopping there more often
Friendly staff, clean store. All staff wearing masks and wearing them correctly. Easy parking.
Good wine selection
Awesome selection and variety.
Competitive prices.
Fantastic store.
Great service.
I only visited the Alcohol shop the young lady who served me did not make me feel welcome at all. The price of my bourbon was high as to be expected at an IGA
Stayed away from home for 3 nights it was handed just down the road I had no car only a truck so it was good for me
No good for alcohol influence but it's the same as all IGA stores being pricey being hard to shop to ur local store but the inconvenience of prices of meat exceptionaly and no sales beat the bigger stores Coles, and Woolworths,
You quote " shop local to get the best price"
But really ur specials are no better than the prices to buy regularly at the big supermarket when there not on special
The produce manager was amazing today needs recognition couldn't of helped more sorry I didn't get his name plz let him know
I shop at Ky IGA on a regular basis I am a double amputee and the staff are magnificent they will get things down off high shelves I use a mobility scooter they help position shopping at checkout I can't thank them enough. I was dissapointed today market day the legs of pork were suppost to $4.99 a kilo. I was charged $8.99a kilo my fault for not checking and throwing my receipt away but I have learnt by my mistake but overall I can't fault store well laid out nice wide aisles and very helpful staff I'll be going back well done IGA
Good small town supermarket, competes well with major chain store. Nice staff, comfortable shopping, licensed as well.
Old and tired. They are making an effort. Better to go around the corner to the new Woolworths.
