Ritchies SUPA IGA Emerald reviews
49 Good place to shop for all groceries, great staff!
Now got all the meat and cold stuff behind glass doors
Quite a large IGA serving this community and surrounds. We just needed a couple of things and they had what we needed at a reasonable price.
Clean, well set out store. Great variety of ethnic groceries. Quick and friendly helpful guy at the express checkout. Got few sale Items, Love a bargain.
Man, this place is huge! Lots of variety and you won't be disappointed by what's on offer. I would definitely recommend this place over Coles and Woolies.
This is a great local business. Always happy to help and the store is generally very well stocked. Add to that the convenient little bottle shop it's a great one stop shop for me. Love their rewards program that gives daily discounts on a good selection of products and, gives back to the local community in donations from our shopping. Great incentive.
Great supermarket has lots of items Coles or woollies don't have. Produce always fresh
Fruit and veg aren’t that fresh. Came across mouldy berries more than once. Also more expensive than woollies.
Great little store, very friendly and helpful staff. Had everything that I needed. Keep up the great work.
Shopped there because of the community loyalty programs that they have now made it far to difficult to sign up for. They keep making changes and moving the goal posts. They successfully managed to get my email address and junk mail me to death but they have heavily reduced the funding that they were once known for. Turns out I had been using my loyalty card for the past couple of years with my nominated charity not receiving any funding. Very poor to see they have gone out of their way to restrict the funding. If you have a card, I suggest you check it out! After 15 loyal years it’s time for me to look move on!
Not the cheapest.but you will find all the unique and special items you have been looking for.
Staff are so helpful and this is a friendly local supermarket.
Love supporting the small guys!
I could write a book how bad this place is
I'm sure the land could be put to better use, thank God for Woolies up the road.
The rudest check out person did not know what he was doing I had to repack everything never going there again
Located in the Dandenong Ranges in the tourist town of Emerald is the combination mini supermarket / petrol station.
I stopped here on my way through Emerald for some take away food and cold drinks.
The town was very busy with tourists waiting for Puffing Billy train rides.
Well stocked store, had about 9 fuel pumps. Food prices were reasonable. Practices a functioning Covid 19 system along with QR code scanning. On site toilets, wheel chair friend once you are at the store, Emerald is a very hilly place.
Great range and prices aren't too bad for an IGA.
Generally fairly quiet so you can get in and out quickly too
Friendly staff, helpful & the butcher makes the BEST bbq steaks! Very tender every time. I go there just to stock up on them, delicious.
As someone who used to mainly shop at Woolies and Coles, I decided to drop into Emerald IGA because I've heard that there BBQ chickens are great! (which it was) and something I really enjoyed were how friendly the staff are now I don't remember the two young girls names that served me but they where super friendly and bubbly and got along really well.all and all made the visit super refreshing to be served by someone with an actual personality and who generally got along well with there co-worker not some robot or person repeating the same thing over and over.thank you girls and I will be visiting the store more
kind regards Austin Moore
Your standard small supermarket really. Nowhere near as nice as the modern IGA stores but I imagine this store will get renovated eventually as it's starting to feel a bit dank. Staff are always friendly and I usually can find everything I need without a hassle. Slightly more expensive than Coles and Woolies I find.
Great supermarket with really good variety and fair pricing. Love the brand's that Coles and Woolworths don't have
