Good local little supermarket. Bit more expensive than your chains like Woolies or Coles, but they also give lots back to the community.

Local with some products that you can't always find in mainstream stores. Bit on the expensive side.

Good little iga, I go cause it's close to work.
But overall easy to get to and well stocked.
Service is always friendly

Convenient and good range of groceries and imported cheeses and great artisan bread fron laurent patisserie. Perhaps a little too pricey to do a full weekly shop.

Good local supermarket. Bigger than the other IGA's in the wider area. Definitely do a full shop here. Plenty of parking and access too.

Clean and busy store. Lots of stock and varied supplies from overseas as well. Some gelati stocked for approx $14 unlike the regular Woolies or Coles. Has self-service checkout and fresh produce too. Shame about the overly salted pre-cooked prawns we bought here though, they were nearly inedible.until we revamped it in a mushroom butter-garlic stir fry to salvage it.
Generally, alright for quick emergency purchases and some reasonable weekly sales. Mostly more pricey than Aldi and the rest of the super markets out there.

Other than the the super friendly staff this place is quite average. Great bottle shop attached though

Great selection. Polite and attentive staff. Pretty sure I (accidently) asked the owner if they had a product.he helped me out and when we couldn't find it said he could add it to his inventory.so that was nice.

Grate hidden place for shopping if you have a disability lots of space. But need a car not near a train.

What an absolutely fabulous supermarket, all the usual stuff but its the delicacies that they excel at. Susi, artisan breads, deli & Chicken presented in an artistic way. Very hard to resist. Love Ritchies.

Now stocking increased variety of delicacies from Red Hill and Peninsula. Catered beautifully for extra needs across the pandemic to bring locals with special attention and service not found online or at the bigger competitors. Well done Richies Chelsea Heights. I've returned to you as a customer, after a long absence.

Well set out, great range of things and super clean. It was lovely and I'm no great fan of shopping.

Excellent staff members, always courteous and kind, glad this supermarket is my local, not really a fan of the surrounding car-park though.

Some surprising and very niche products, you'll be amazed what they have. Prices are too cheap on some of those niche products by 20 to 30% compared to other grocers, but I hope they don't realise.)

There was hand sanitizer and trolley wipes easily accessible at the entrance, shelves were well stocked, prices good and most important the staff were great.

Great little Supermarket, staff are great. Disappointed that shoppers let there children run around in the shop now that we are trying our best to stay safe. Children can be carriers of the virus without getting it. When we doing essential shopping its very disappointing.

The staff seem lovely. I still haven't researched to see where their veges/meat comes from but so far they have a wonderful large range of all sorts of stuff.

Great customer service with nice employees, I get my food here decently often and they mostly have what I need

Great location, with a good selection of food products, great deli and helpful staff. Bootleshop has a large selection.

Love this IGA! Heaps of speciality brands along with all the familiar brands. The staff are all really friendly and helpful. Fruit and veg are fresh and there's a great selection from local producers.
