Such a beautiful store. A pleasure to shop in as their range is huge. Staff are very friendly and helpful, range of Billson's cordials and sodas are excellent too! I'm happy to travel the extra distance from home just to shop here.

A large IGA store with a wide range. Basic prices are above the norm but specials are good as is the community program

Good choice of items but nowadays with costs so high IGA margins on pricing higher than majors on food makes shopping here a considered choice

This is one of the best supermarkets I have been too. They have a place within the supermarket where they make fresh sushi. They sell aged beef, if you're feeling fancy. They sell a lot of gourmet and exotic ingredients, so do check it out if you're a foodie like me.

Many specialty and niche items. Prices are higher than you would find elsewhere. Worth a visit.

The butcher for Ritchies needs to be commended! Rowville Ritchies has a great selection and very friendly and helpful team.

Big store, alot of different products, great seafood, cheese and meat selection. A little bit more expensive than your standard Coles or safeway.

First time there and it was a very quick visit but loved the set up and style of the store. Seems much more personalised that your giant supermarkets.

Friendly, attentive staff, very clean, plenty of variety. Fresh food, little expensive, but good to shop!

Best IGA in Victoria by far, amazing range of products you can't find at other supermarkets and the layout is fantastic, including the on-site florist!

Best range of boutique and more alternative dietary foods.
The sushi kiosk inside is great as are all the pre-made meals at the deli!
Closest thing we have to the US/CDN WholeFoods

I like coming here every so often. The variety of foods is amazing. And we usually come here for those specialties. We are going have to try the eat- out food as there is not much else to have there.

We love Ritchies Wellington Village. Has items other supermarkets don't have. Meat can be a bit more expensive.

For starters, the staff at Ritchies IGA supermarket Wellington village shopping centre, are really very polite, courteous, professional people.

They are at the counters to look after their Customers, and not just to shove groceries/items through the scanner in a hurry, to make way for the Next Number (the Customer!)

They have express check out & Self service facilities, so you don't have to wait in a long queue. You won't be Slugged Extra-Surcharge for using Credit card either!

Always Very Well Stocked with a wide selection of groceries, veggies, fruits, bakery items, deli items, wide variety of Spices, right down to even OTC Medicines etc and with extended hours of shopping available - makes Ritchies IGA very Versatile and a necessary Store of convenience for the nearby residents of Wellington village Rowville.

Also when Ritchies IGA Advertises weekly Specials - there's PLENTY in Stock for Everyone. You won't hear things like. "Sorry, we have run out of that item", or. "you should have been here at 8 am before the other customers" and so on.

In other words, their Weekly Specials are not just - Namesake GIMMICKS to just Attract the Customers. A Supermarket should be Well Stocked like a Super-Market and not operate like a - Super Milk Bar, so to speak!

As such RITCHIES IGA would have to be THE BEST SUPERMARKET in WELLINGTON VILLAGE SHOPPING CENTRE undoubtedly.

Better yet, 5 percent of your spending is donated to Various Charities by IGA, which is a Win-win for All Customers at Wellington village shopping centre!

Great selection but for some items I do find they're more expensive than at Coles/Woolies. For more basic grocery shopping you probably won't need all it's fancy offerings and will be cheaper at other stores, but if you're after an expanded selection of goods and some more 'premium' products then it's great. Know there's some products they sell here that's hard to find elsewhere.

I love this Ritchies / IGA! Such a great variety, and it’s huge. They have really good selections here. There’s also a large health food section and near the entry are great gifting ideas. Staff are helpful and friendly also. Definitely recommend this one.
