Looks scruffy but lovely staff, wide range of products and plenty of parking.
Currently being demolished and rebuilt

I just enjoy the homliness off this shop and the community benefits scheme and helpful smiling staff.and the price specials.

The store is definitely overdue for a renovation, the exterior looks like it was built in the 70s and definitely needs a facelift, the interior feels really crammed especially at the checkout area, I had difficulty finding certain items in the aisles because the layout of products are all over the place and are not kept systematically

An embarrassment to the Ritchie's brand.

The store resembles something out of the 80's with prices that are significantly over inflated. The old ladies are rude and slow and clearly happy to serve cigarettes smokers as soon as they turn up over those who have been waiting in the express line for 5 minutes.

If you are desperate go here, otherwise drive on up the road to the Baxter Woolworths.

Reasonable craft beer selection, bit of a surprise considering it's location. Not quite as good as Carrum Downs but better than most bottle shops locally.

Well over due for the soon to be make over in which they may carry more items. Catalogued items apparently only at bigger concept stores despite not specifying that in the catalogue.

It's close, friendly and has a great range of products, it donates to the charity of my choice, i've been shopping here for 30 years, it's my local and I'll support it first, always!

Clean, easy to find what I was looking for, great staff, checked out with no hassel and my bag was packed perfectly. Thanks IGA

A bit of a step back in time, this is a true supermarket of old. Poky, unadorned and fantastic.

Staff are friendly and has pretty much most of what you need, but the layout of the shop is cramped and makes the 'shopping experience' a bit unpleasant, especially when you're trying to 'social distance'.

Nice staff, but 1980 called and it wants its store back. No doubt most people that frequent it like it that way. Whatever pickles your overpriced gherkins I guess? ‍️

Not to be attempted without orienteering experience.

The Floor planners at this place should forget everything they learnt at MC Eschers course on staircase building and focus their attention on a whole of supermarket remodel. I've never seen a worsely laid out supermarket than this.

By far, the best craft beer range on the peninsula. Dean and his staff are always really friendly and efficient. We're stoked not to have to travel up to the CBD anymore to choose from a selection as large as this.

Good place to get your shopping from. Have heard it will close down in December 2021 for renovations for 1 year.hopefully it's not that long

Prices are a little high but I'm guessing that iga helps out independent farmers? Can get a little crowded at times depending on what time you intend to go in, personally early morning or lunch time is best. The staff can be helpful, would be nice if they could smile a little more. Deli staff are pleasant and overall if you need to do a small shop than it's a good option and lastly the car Park, well it's like park were you like? Lol

The staff aren't nice. I just went in cos I live near by and went through a lady probably in mid 50s I greeted her with 'hi how are you and she ignored me! Aren't I the customer. You're spose to greet me first. Will not be going through her register ever again. Worst customer service ever!

Awesome selection of local craft beers and cracking range of spirits too!
Highly recommended!

The Layout is a bit labyrinthian, including multiple dead ends, and paths that loop unconventionally. About 30% of the place is layed out normally for a supermarket, but as a result, chances are they'll have you need, if you look hard enough. Not great for the average shopper.but fun for those with a sense of adventure.

This one security guard seems like a real nice guy, and the staff have all been pretty chill. Otherwise, it's a nice IGA.
