Ritchies IGA Seaford

I've been going to this IGA for over 5yrs and the staff have been really helpful and respectful to me.
Keep up the awesome work IGA STAFF.

They didn't have a pair of tweezers on their own, staff are friendly, product range way to small

This IGA is old and uninviting. It needs to be modernised like the Carrum Downs store (same owner). It doesn't sell half of what the Carrum Downs store has. I'd never go back to the Seaford store.
Update the store and they will come.

Hi everyone that loves fresh fruit
Seaford IGA has the best produce I ever come across. There apples are so crisp and delicious. I love fruit in the morning and everyday they never let me down.
Awesome work to the fresh produce department. You guys rock.

Small store. Has the basics but also has some produce that the bigger supermarkets eg. Coles & Woolies don't have. Store needs to be refurbished and updated though. Register screen near front door wasn't showing my items as girl was scanning them. I asked why as l like to check the prices are correct before l pay. She said it had been broken for a while. The other register next to it had a Closed sign on it. Wouldn't it make more sense to use the register with the working screen?

Not the cheapest supermarket in the area and some of the staff aren't exactly enthusiastic.

Ok store medium sized with a small range of fruits and veg. Deli well packed well. Overall store is a little over priced.

A good supermarket, I check out the meat department some times have great cuts of meat, generally we also check out butter, juices and small goods

Just popped in to grab some sorry chocs for my neighbour. Yay! Guess what I bought a "terry's chocolate orange" I haven't seen them for sale for years and it was only $6.29 So off to the check your with the fantastic buy of the week. Don't you just love

Have good manager specials, specific to the store. Friendly, helpful staff. Parking out front cker be a problem, but plenty of parking behind the store.

Allways hav meat and toilets paper. But no room for a Big shop on there 'tiny Counters' Staff are really polite. Great for a Run in- Run 'out 'kinda store

Dated and dirty is the best way to describe the store. Needs to be bulldozed and rebuilt. Hasn't changed since the 1970s. Staff are friendly and helpful but the store is drab.

Their meat is great quality. Today I placed an order with Allison for delivery. No problem if order placed before 10. Voila.

Jenny in bottleshop is fantastic at her job. Great liquor prices too.

The store is clean & the staff provide

Prices have gone up on
everything, glad they are there for the community otherwise we would only be able to be ripped of by Coles and Woolworths and the deli manager has no clue how to cut a chicken into quarters therefore is training the young staff members the wrong way to do it

I always enjoy the cheerful reception I have with the young and very professional, polite and helpful.

Great staff but as usual with IGA it was just so expensive what they had on special was still dearer than Aldi across the road.

Been going here many years. The service can very between staff. Some bag your items for you when you bring your own bags and others don't. I clearly offended a staff member the other day when while I was unpacking the shopping into the check out and gave her my bags she said I would need to start bagging them soon as she was running out of room to put my shopping. I was still unpacking into the belt and asked if they bag the items and she advised me "no".
So it would be nice to know as a customer of we do our don't bag our own items as it's hard doing a shop and rushing to do it all.
