Ritchies Amberly Park reviews
57I have to admit that although a little out of the way I did enjoy walking around to choose from their baked goods section as there are different items to buy. Such as a massive bag of cooked buttery popcorn which was almost as good as the ones you get at the cinemas. However, the prices are a little bit too high for me to come back frequently
Have not been here for a few years. Good atmosphere, staff very nice would definitely go back and at least it's a lot better than Narre Warren Ritchies at the car park is always full and it's a better store in Amberley park and newer
Looks small outside, but bigger inside with a great variety. A supermarket in itself but easier access in and out.
Love Richie's Amberley Park. Always have great prices and everything I'm looking for. Fantastic! And it's near my favorite nail salon Diamond Deluxe Nails
The place I do my regular shopping. Pretty good supermarket. Doesn't have everything, but has the essentials. Update: They don't sell the big spring rolls anymore.so sad.
This place had rump steaks for $20/kg. This is the sort of supermarket that it really pays to know the prices of things. There are bargains to be had, but you have to look and be in the know.
Small convenient supermarket. Don't go at school pickup or drop off times though. The school really needs to do something about students loitering outside the stores waiting to be picked up
Great store with Great customer service. Thanks Hannah, for being so helpful today in helping me find my perfect Gift (and a nice gift bag to accompany). Such a lovely "Local" store shopping experience. Thank you IGA and Hannah. I certainly will come again and recommend this place for all things Grocery, Liqour etc.
Love dropping in for a quick shop, always clean and tidy store, great range of fresh fruit & veggies. Staff fantastic and never have to wait for service. Well done Richies
Good range & they stock many typically "english" (UK) treats etc. Eg. Tunnock Cakes.
Definitely need more staff takes way to long to check out but what staff are there are very nice and helpful
Easy to park, good specials, never crowded, good selection of meat, fruits and vegetables. No stress.
My son got accused of stealing by one of the staff which he didn't, manager got involved
Haven't seen that staff member since.
@Ritchies IGA If you are visiting this place port Saturday arvo be ready to be disappointed they probably won’t have Vegies, herbs and meat and they only have eggs with very low expire date.
They do homemade trifle in a cup, which tastes awsome! At a reasonable price as well! Shame i only found out about it in my last few days of being in Victoria before moving interstate. They also do homemade chocolate mousse in a cup as well if trifle isnt your thing
Most things are more exspensive than Coles, Safeway and ALDI. Meat is expensive. Lovely and helpful staff.
Only went to visit a restaurant, however was impressed by the variety of both food and retail stores
Another great shopping complex, with pretty much everything you need for your daily shopping, it has a bottle shop attached so if you've forgotten to pick up some booze you can do it all under the one roof the only issue is parking, it can get quite busy early morning before school 830am & around 3pm when school finishes, there are plenty of other shop's nearby, Chemist, Pizza, Fish n Chip's, Newsagents, Noodles, Charcoal chicken & a swimming facility, the parking can get a little crowded around dinner times too
I shopped in this amazing store on 18th Jan, Tuesday evening. I have been to many other stores like coles and woolies searching for bread for my daughter who loves having it for breakfast… none on shelves anywhere. Came into IGA, very little left on the shelves aswell and no white bread which is what she likes. I said to my daughter shopping with me at the time “oh no, there’s no bread here either… I don’t know what your going to eat for breaky tomorrow (fussy eater). She looked at me with a sad face. I went to checkout with other items, and suddenly a beautiful lady came upto me with a loaf of white bread, her name is Tracy, saying “I overheard you saying you needed bread, I found this out the back” I was in shock and I was extremely thankful such a beautiful gesture that heard me talking to my daughter and came to my rescue. I am so thankful and I want positive feedback passed on to her that she went above and beyond as an employee which I’ve never experienced before. Please pass on my appreciation. I am righting this watching my daughter eat her bread for breakfast right now. Thank you to Britt at the checkout for having a nice chat with me and smiling along. She was so pleasant to deal with too. This store deserves recognition. Thank You - from Karina and daughter Jemma (6 yo)
My kids love the cotton candy, toffee apples and snacks from here. I enjoy the bargains and good selections of food also the plants. We also purchased a few Halloween pumpkins from here for the first time this year at reasonable prices. Packed with school kids before and after school but I really like how the team treat students as customers. I always feel comfortable when shopping here and can always find help and answers when I need.
