Rise Pilates

Absolutely love this! Been doing it for just two weeks and it’s the perfect amount of movement for me. I love the flexibility with booking and the different levels.

Rise is just what I was looking for - love the studio, it's bright, welcoming and the friendly, supportive staff help you learn the ropes with ease. You never feel silly or intimidated. I feel motivated and look forward to each class as it's always challenging & different.

Incredible boutique pilates studio - The interiors are really light filled and lovely, and the teachers are amazing - Just expect to work hard! ;)

Rise Pilates has been incredible. Not only is it a fun and supportive group environment but the trainers have a way of making you feel like you’re also having a one on one as they are attentive to your techniques and abilities throughout the class. I really appreciate this as I’m new to Pilates!

Really enjoying this studio compared to other pilates' franchisers. The instructors are more enthusiastic than I've ever seen and completely motivating. Parking is easy and there are plenty of convenient times to choose from.

Have just completed my introductory 5 classes. Fabulous way to experience a new studio, try new classes and new instructors. Each class was different, challenging and the instructors were all amazing in different ways. The fact that the studio is small and intimate means that you get the attention needed if required. I enjoyed it so much I just purchased another 20 classes!

Being a complete novice I was nervous to get started however the staff put my mind at ease immediately with their kindness and encouragement.

Rise is wonderful studio with such a great variety of instructors who all have their own styles. I have thoroughly enjoyed my first few classes and will continue to come back as the class times are very convenient for a busy schedule and they are open on weekends which is just a bonus! Highly recommend rise Pilates!

Cute little place, it’s very beginner friendly. I was able to follow all the instructions even though I have never done Pilates before. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
