They stuffed up my order instead of pinapple burger it was with the lot im not big eater but they didn't offer a credit

Im not going back.i hate to dissapoint you but its not what i ordered tje customer is right not you. And further more John doesn't like customers eating in the shop and leaving the paper bag on the table he wamts people to take home the paper bag-just put a small rubbish bin in the shop like every other shop whats so hard? Thats why you gpt 2 star

Chips were thin and so dry we had to throw them out. Their chips used to be fantastic buy why did they have to change from thick cuts slabs to French fries? However, the fish was fresh and beautifully cooked.

It doesn't get much fresher than the daily fish and seafood offerings from this local gem. This handy local establishment has both fresh fish supply as well as excellent takeaway fish and chips offerings.

Tried the fish and chips after reading all the great reviews. It was disappointing! Batter was soggy and tasteless. And the fish was very slim with less meat. I should have asked which fish he was using!

Love the "grilled" fish. It's done in kind of a thin batter, so not sure if it is technically grilled or lightly fried, but either way it is delicious.

The fried stuff (chips / potato cakes etc) is also quite good.

Great Greek vibe inside. I only buy whole fish from them, so I can't comment on the fish n chips and such. The fish are fresh and can be ordered specific. Also the oysters are amazing, so meaty and fresh

OWNER HATES ACCEPTING PAYMENTS ON EFTPOS.

I had a couple of incidents where the owner got aggressive and rude towards me for paying using my card even during the height of the pandemic when it was advised to use contactless payments as much as possible.

What an unassuming local gem! We went in search of an old school hamburger and minimum chips and boy did this place deliver. The nostalgia in the taste, the smell of the chips, the portion size, the quality of the food and the good old fashioned service. Thank you! In light of what is happening in the world with COVID, thank you for reminding us of old school humbleness and great food.

Can't believe this is local to me and I only managed to try today. Love the owners witty attitude and love their fish and chips, especially my little one - she demolished the fish! Will come back with the family again!:)

There is a reason these guys get great reviews. The staff is friendly and courteous, and the selection is great. They offer fish and chips made fresh on premises and even have some kosher options.

Great chips and fish, but I really come for the old school burgers. Clean and spotless family run business that have been doing all the simple things well for a very long time.
