Really happy with the results. Have been attending the practice for around 8 weeks now.
When I attended my first session I was in constant agony with lower back pain and nerve pain down my leg.
After getting X-rays Taylor and Aleks were able to pin point which areas needed focusing on and in turn which exercises would benefit me and 8 weeks later my back has completely turned around and is feeling amazing! Would recommend highly!
