This is one of our favorite playgrounds in the area. It has enough options of slides and swings for all ages. There is also a barbecue facility with a nice view over the lake.

Wonderful park that's got something for everybody. Playground for the kids. Lots of tracks for walking or riding. Good covered areas for a picnic or a bbq with friends. The lake has plenty of life and ducks to entertain the kids.

Very scenic park with a playground along the lake. The playscape was very innovative with a giant slide and lots of space for kids to run around. For adults, there are easy 30 mins to 1 hr scenic walks around the creek.

Little park with small lake, quite beautiful and relaxing park, located near to the main road, it has some car park and public toilet. There is also a playground for children to play. The lake is clean and sometimes there are some ducks swimming in the lake, but we are not allowed to feed them. A beautiful and relaxing place to rest or to spend some time with family

Pretty good park for kids, too our 3yr olds here as we stay to our local park 10 away, I think better than Croydon park as it's got harder activities and bigger slider to use to match their age better. The BBQs were actually pretty clean and park, and it's good if they bring their bikes as you can ride around the lake too, the BBQs are under cover completely not like boronia, the toilets are not great but minimal damage, some lights didn't work or doors don't lock, and covers to toilet paper are missing.
If you come in the morning you will have to.bring a towel to wipe off the metal slides because of the water at the bottom. And the playground is big enough that as an adult you can play with your kids and go down the slides too. Having lights on the play equipment to play as it's getting dark would be good tho.

Lovely park, plenty of things to see and do. A great playground overlooking the lake, the only downside is it is not fenced and children have direct access to the water when playing. Bike paths, wheelchair access, a few undercover spaces with BBQ facilities and toilet facilities available.

Recently upgraded playground and they have a new play area thats been specially designed for children with disabilities and equipment that wheelchair bound users can play.

We really enjoyed this park, the wheelchair accessible playground is great for all ages, even our two year old managed to have fun. It also has a sand pit although we didn't play in it.

But you need to keep a close eye on younger ones, the lake is right next to the playground and is unfenced.

Tracks along the lake are very well maintained, great for bikes and scooters.

Only downside is there is barely any parking. There is only a small parking lot specifically for wheelchair users, and a few off street parking along the main road and those get filled up very quickly on weekends.

Rating is for the park. Beautiful park for a picnic and walk. Minus 10 for the disgusting toilets, filthy no paper.

Beautiful spot, and a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of Melbourne life (even in lockdown). Great spot for a picnic, a walk through the reservation or even a taste of the local history of mining in the area - with info and images from the days when Ringwood was a little mining town, bringing miners of gold and antimony (cohl) to the area.

Good play ground for all ages, bar b Que facility, lots of shades and toilet facilities. Great Wall around the lake and some people were doing fishing as well. You can easily spent few hours there.

Excellent small oasis. Great walk for families with younger kids. Access to the water is easy so make sure kids are 100% supervised. (Also, there is direct access to the train lines, with a train crossing gate, so make sure the nippers are always in sight). Extensive playground, toilets, some historical mining points of interest and well landscaped paths and bush. Great open areas as well. Very easy to access. Resident ducks as well:)

Some places on this earth need little to no upkeep to hold a warm and wonderful place in your heart. Unbelievably and, until this year unbeknownst to me, this is such a place.

I remember coming here as a young butterball with my slimline skateboard (it had a long handle and had a specific name and purpose), my brother and my family, and straddling the board at top speed down the path, skidding to a halt before plummeting into a potentially watery grave.

The playground, BBQ's and toilets may have changed, but the feelings and fun remain on high!

Pick a sunny Sunday to venture down to maximise the positive vibes, as the sound of children playing tends to transport us all to a time we all thought long forgotten, but very much alive in us all.

It was a beautiful sunny day, loads of people & kids everywhere because of school hols. I had a most enjoyable walk around the lake but the water looks very murky and it would be good if the council could clean it up. I don't know how possible that is but a most enjoyable saunter around

Awesome playground for kids (sand pit, swings (including one for wheelchair-bound users), metal slides and a carousel). The toilets are also conveniently located right beside the playground.

Paths are wide enough for kids to cycle/pedal safely and with plenty of open grass fields for picnics. Barbeques are also available for use.

Very beautiful park, scenic. Ample play area for kids. Barbecue under shade is there. Good for birthday parties. Good toilet facility. Parking can be a problem.

Nice park in the town with a lake at the centre. Play area for children, picnic areas and walking paths are the main features. Accessible Parking available from main street. For car parking, enter from area next to Caltex.
