Nala (Kelpie) & I both think Ringwood East Vetcare is wonderful. The receptionist was sensational- very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The vets are amazing- so incredibly gentle and completely thorough with their investigation and advice. It’s very obvious that the entire crew love animals and want the best for them. Great place for all your vet and doggy day spa needs for your fur babies. I commute 30mins to get here because I know my dog is in good hands. Highly recommend!

Incredibly expensive and do not explain things clearly at all! Don’t waste your money going here!

I was not happy with the experience here. My cat had been previously seen and (unsuccessfully) treated here.

Her condition has reoccurred. When is arrived.
The vet didn’t know why I brought her in
Did not fade her previous medical history (even though I asked for them to request in April)
Brushed off my concerns saying because she was still “breathing it wasn’t that bad” - do they know care when your pet is dying?

They were also not able to offer any solutions because it “was late in the day” and to “bring her back Monday”.

The receptionist kept me waiting while she chatted abs jokes with clients seated while my cat was crying to go home.

I would not recommend this clinic if you are after in my opinion, a super professional level of care for your pet as I did not have that experience.

2 days ago both our dogs encountered a tiger snake. Our beautiful Zeke took the brunt and unfortunately lost his battle. But our Winnie is now home. I held my daughters hand in your rooms as her heart was breaking over her puppy, but your skills, knowledge and dedication has brought her puppy back to us.
Words can’t express my gratitude to all involved. You’ve provided my family with a Christmas miracle and put a huge positive on the emotional roller coaster we’ve had this week

Brought my first dog here. So I thought they were alright. Didn't have a comparison.

Then I moved and brought my dog to Boronia Animal Hospital.

Much cheaper at Boronia. Much more thorough. More professional.

I bring my dog to in to Ringwood because he has a sore foot. They look at the sore foot.

Bring my dog to Ringwood for a health check, I ask vets questions like can you check his teeth? Can you check his eyes etc. Or they just don't.

But I bring my dog to Boronia. They look at the foot, then they do a full health check without asking or charging extra. Every time. Then they charge less.

I actually feel I bit dirty, like I was taken advantage of when I think how much less the vets at Ringwood East do.

Small detail, but they always acted like they were surprised to have a customer when I walked in, like I was inconvenient. Always irked me.

My wife and I have tried many vets prior to R E V clinic in order to get the best care for our puppy boy Marley.i do not normally leave feedback but on this occassion it is an exception. Right from day 1 we have nothing but love and due diligence from ALL staff at R E V clinic, it is well worth the effort and completely satisfied in all aspects of our dogs welfare and management well done! Highly recommended without any hesitation.

We have taken my dog Oska here when he was a puppy, he is usually a very timid dog but absolutely loved coming to the vet! Would recommend to absolutely everyone

My partner took our dog Bandit in for an initial consultation. Very happy and informative. Plus a nice little bonus is we received a voucher in the mail for some grooming. Definitely recommend. Will be making Ringwood East Vet our go to vet from now on.

We have been taking our pets to East Ringwood Vets for many years, they are very caring, professional and very thorough, always go above and beyond. When the difficult decision has been made to sadly part with a much loved pet, its done with compassion and dignity. Honestly can not rate this clinic and the staff highly enough! Dr Quyen is an amazing Vet, who is extremely knowledgeable, a fantastic surgeon, and above all - honest, compassionate and kind. He has taken the best care of my dog and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Well worth the hour drive

My partner and I have been taking our very energetic German Shepherd puppy to Dr Quyen since he was 8 weeks old. He is always very patient and kind to him whenever we come in. Dr Quyen always explains things to us in detail so we understand what is happening at all times and always advices us of any extra costs before anything additional is done. All of the staff are a pleasure to deal with and are very helpful and friendly. I’m so glad we found Dr Quyen and his amazing team!

Ringwood East Vetcare was recommended to me, particularly Dr Quyen. He is a very approachable, attentive and a genuinely caring person. I trust him entirely with our beloved pups, he’s professional and very knowledgeable, I am very happy with him and his staff, so glad we have someone that knows our pups so well.

We have been seeing Dr Quen and Dr Jeff for nearly 3 years at the Railway Avenue address. They are both very thorough and caring with our dogs. They saw us through a serious illness and passing of one of our older pets and they were so gentle with him. Their support staff are top notch, kind and sympathetic. We have been using their grooming service as well and are very happy with the results. Wonderful vet care all around!

Caring staff. I leave my cat in the cattery when ever I go away. Peace of mind knowing the vet is attached. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

We followed Dr Quyen from his old clinic. He is very caring and gentle with the animals our two little dogs love him. He recently operated on one of them very successfully. Dr. Quyen and his staff are kind caring people and we wouldn't go anywhere else.

Dr Quyen Thai and all the staff at Ringwood East Vetcare are very professional, personable, and genuine. They provided excellent care and support to my high needs elderly dog Harry and continue to be my first port of call for Rufus the JRT. Along with great care they are accomodating to shift worker needs and reasonably priced. Highly recommend

Have had the most amazing experiences with Ringwood East Vetcare. Our little doggo has lots of allergies and the team have always been able to get him in last minute and look after him, even holding onto him until I finish work. It’s always been absolutely stress free and I feel confident leaving my pet in their care. They also have the best pet treats too:)
