Bought XL trunk on the 4th of Jan and I only used it once but the handle broke on my first travel.

Spoke to Rimowa overseas, they have no parts and unable to fix it for my next Japan trip.

Spoke to rimowa australia via email, they replied once a day with no resolution & they didn’t reply to all my query, just once at a time and once a day.

Demanded for a refund or a brand new luggage as this is obviously a faulty product (broken on the first use) and they just ignored my query and asked me to fix my luggage on the next destination

Absolutely doesn’t recommend this brand to anyone ever, considering the price & how new the luggage is, it definitely doesn’t come with quality both in goods & service provided.

Very good service here and I will definitely come back to the store shop again!

Super friendly staff, Summer the store manager was amazing! Highly recommend the store and the products.

Went to buy a suit case and was told there was no stock had to wait 7 to 10 days. 12 days later called up and was advised they not sure they haven't got the stock yet and will chase it up. 14 days later we had a missed call so today went back to store to be told the warehouse stuffed the order and sent it to another store and item was sold.as we need to case and to use in 2 days time we was offered 2 alternative. 1 refund or 2 take the display case with no discount.we took a refund and was not impressed at all.update

I purchased an aluminum iPhone case from your Chadstone store and discovered some scratches on the case. I brought the case back on the same day to exchange for a new one and the staff showed me another one to exchange. Upon inspection I discovered this new case poorly made/finished around the edges of the case and was not satisfied with the product. There were no other stock available of this case and we wanted a refund since you didn’t have anything else for us to exchange for however was advised by your staff that you don’t offer refund in store, only exchange. I purchased this case having full belief that your brand is one of the best in terms of luggage and this $220 aluminum case would not let me down. Now I am left without a case and have to wait until you stock up again. This is a very awful and disappointing experience and I would not recommend any of my family or friends shop here!

Did not enjoy spending $2k on luggage and getting attitude from the guy with the shaved head and pony tail. Thinks he owns the joint. You should also use some breath mints.

I put my luggage in for repair for over a month now, was told by one of staff that it’s going to take 3 weeks but have no contact from them. I went to the shop to ask for update, they rudely says no update, and they say they never say it’s going to take 3 weeks ; who told you that? ! It’s you! Very bad customer service
