15Highly recommend Stewart for all your bike fitting needs. He is very thorough, friendly and helpful. 10/10
This was my first bike fit session after numerous failed attempts to 'fix it myself', purchasing little parts here and there wasting money. Have always had shoulder, neck and lower back pain after long ride.
Visited Stewart Morton at Riderfit from recommendations online.
Stewart is a professional bike fitter who has more than 10 years of experience. He has also worked with pro teams such as GreenEdge, Astana, and former Australian cyclist Simon Gerrans. The session was very educative where Stuart did not only alter the geometry of the bike but also made me understand my body mechanics better, for better ride quality. Everything was done within 2.5 hours and I felt immediate difference. Would certainly follow up with a long ride on the weekends. Steward was very entertaining too, making time passed just like that
Would definitely recommend anyone experiencing discomfort, or even before purchasing your new bike to give Stewart a visit.
The experience is worth every penny
Steward was amazing! His expertise and knowledge helped me find a more comfortable position on my bike.
He truly cares about his work and gives 100% of his attention to the smallest details.
Thank you so much!
Will definitely recommend to everyone who rides regularly to book a bike fit in.
Stewart’s attention to detail is very impressive. He thoroughly analysed my body prior to adjusting my bike geometry and worked out a few things which impacted my riding position. He is very welcoming from the moment you arrive at the studio, this made the communication process between us very easy, therefore, you can comfortably explain what you need from him and know that nothing will be missed.
Been riding for a month after the initial fit and follow up process and I can say it have positively impacted my training.
If anyone is unsure about their fit on the bike I would definitely recommend you to check Stewart out. Bookings from the Riderfit website is super easy too which is another plus!
Before I met Stewart, I always thought that riding a bike came with a few niggles and a bit of discomfort.
Stewart is the best at making sure that you are comfortable on your bike.
It's amazing the changes Stewart will make to your bike that completely changes how you perform and feel.
I cannot recommend Stewart more to anyone keen on getting their bike dialled in so that they can ride further and faster.
Did pre-fits on two new builds with Stewart - One for road racing (BMC Team Machine) and one for gravel riding (with a racing bent) (Cervelo Aspero). The first build came out exceptionally well against Stewart's instructions and has produced some of my most enjoyable (physically) riding in quite a while giving me plenty of information/tips on what to keep an eye out for as I "learn" the new bike.
Stewart is super switched on, friendly, cares about his clients and the details and is enthusiastic about the process. Thanks again, mate!
First time ever getting a fitting done, and I would come back. Stewart helped get me positioned up and over the handle bars instead of reaching for them. No more numb hands on long rides
The bike fit I had with RiderFit was a total game changer! I am now more comfortable, powerful and efficient. Thank you Stewart for your expertise!
Stewart is an absolute, top-notch gentleman who offers high quality service and knowledge. He was extremely educational in teaching me all about the mechanics of my body and how one muscle speaks to another. My improvements in performance were instantaneous. I did an FTP test a week late and achieve an increase of 302 - 314 which I can certainly attribute to Stewarts corrections. I'm a better rider because of him.
I was referred to Stew about 9 years ago because I was having issues with knee pain and cleat placement. Stew sorted out those issues for me instantly and they never returned.
Since then I have seen Stew for countless bike fits on road, MTB and gravel bikes. Stew knows his bike fitting stuff backwards, is always professional, and can always explain what he is doing.and why. The end result is that I feel comfortable, confident and fast.
If I could give Riderfit 6 stars I would!
Great service, Stewart is very knowledgeable and takes the time to go over everything with you and ensure everything feels comfortable. Handy to have the included check up session as well to sort out any little niggles. Definitely worth the money to be comfortable and prevent injuries. Thanks, Rachael
Highly recommended. I got an immediate improvement in both comfort and power output over the bike-shop fit. If you are going to spend any decent time on a bike, whether as beginner or experienced, then a bike-fit with Stewart is a must.
I went to Stewart for both my Tri/TT bike and my road bike. I had both bikes fitted at bike shops before and just couldn't get comfortable. The fit from Stewart was perfect! Absolutely knew his stuff, top guy, down to earth and easy to get along with too. The follow up session for minor tweaks (included in the price you pay) was handy too! Highly recommend
Stewie!
Just had to flick you a note to let you know that I picked up the Belgie Disc and did the 250km Around The Bay on the weekend.
Even though the bike set up is pretty racey and I did 9.5 hours in the saddle, I might as well have been sitting on a three piece sofa I was that comfortable.
I tip my hat to your bike fitting wizardry.
Not sure about which bike to get? Don’t want to be “sold” a bike. Need some help, advice and guidance for which bike is best for you? A bike that will be the right size, style and be most comfortable for you that will enable you to ride for miles with smiles (without the body aches and pains) ? I can honestly say, after having a Taylor Fit Session with Stewart at Riderfit, I now have my dream bike.
During the session, Stewart takes a detailed interest in understanding your body (flexibility, injury, strength etc etc) and then goes into documenting for you your measurements for the fit session. This is crucial. No different from going into a clothes store and trying on different sizes to ensure that what you buy is your size.
With these measurements, I was able to go into a bike shop, talk about “my numbers”, test ride a few different brands with similar numbers and find the bike that I felt most comfortable on.
Post-purchase, and the bike being built with my numbers, the Taylor Fit session included a 30min follow up session to “dial-in” my numbers to ensure that I was “rider-fit”. End result, I have a bike that I feel confident on, comfortable on and can ride miles with smiles. Yeeeww
