Fantastic service, I can't speak highly enough of this buissness!

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. Firstly, the wrong equipment was delivered, there were many items missing from my order, misleading photos that don’t represent the products they stock (tables they delivered are completely different, and the chairs pictured on the website, they don’t actually supply them - not written anywhere on their website), tables had candle wax all over them, and the table was wonky so he had to come back with screws to stabilise. I emailed the company on 21/12 with my concerns, allowed almost six weeks for a response, but never heard back. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

I had an issue with a blocked drain.instead of offering to hire me equipment that I didn't need, Brett gave me some sage advice that got me out of the fix.strongly recommend this business on the basis of awesome ethics and also a great range of equipment.

We used Riddells Macedon party hire for our wedding and could not be happier! Our day was perfect & the set up was beautiful.
