I went to the keilor park showroom. Luisa was fantastic. Such a huge help giving me fresh ideas and helping me choose products based on my colour scheme.

Renovation is one of the best scenario in life to experience the depths of human emotions, from despair at sheer difficulty in getting someone to actually do what they have committed to, all the way to being pleased with the process and final result.

Designer Bathware has been fantastic from the initial contact and browse of options and supplies through purchase, ordering and update of delivery.

They have been ready to offer advice and assistance and they have provided exactly what we asked for, despite needing to break up the order into several deliveries to account for the utterly despicable tradies who have failed to stick to any commitment that passed their lying lips.

During tiling on a Saturday we found out we missed out ordering one floor drain and after one pleasant phonecall Designer Bathware Melbourne had one on its way on order by Tuesday.

It is already written that my next few bathroom renovations will be purchased through this supplier, once we have saved up cash sufficient to put even more offspring of tradies through private school and university.

I can’t recommend them enough.

I will definitely be using this company when I build my dream home. I just used them to instal a shower and mirror and I have called afew times as I had some issues and all the staff from the receptionst to the installer Thankyou guys.

Thanks to the team at Designer Bathware. From the start to complete installation, nothing but wonderful experience. Great friendly team and outstanding installation on Free standing bath tubs. Loved it guys.

Excellent product range for shopping on-line and click&collect. Support, advice and information provided by Tabitha was very good, also customer service from Shannon at collection.

Purchased a bath 3 months ago, very disappointed with the sale rep, item received was not as described. Called to talk the issue, the sale rep was rude, irresponsibility, just keep arguing, No recommend!

Great company to deal with. Only company that sent out a sales rep Justin straight away. Very good value for money. Their shower screen installer was also a great chap, very neat, and cleaned up after himself. Very pleased with our shower screen installation.

Rick McLeans have an outstanding array of quality merchandise all in a very well presented and modern showroom. The staff know their products inside out and happy to share their knowledge and expertise with you. Tayla was happy to take us through our options for our home. In the end we settled on PREMIUM Black. They look even better once installed.

Euro curved frameless shower is a good product, VERY helpful staff in assisting with any issues that arise with DIY. Definetly Reccomend

I called to find out information about a product this business supplies, the lady on reception was incredibly rude and abrupt, she was accusatory towards Bunnings and then confirmed the claim Bunnings had made by lecturing me on the warranty and DIY installations. I am trying to find out information on the suitability of the product they make so i can make an educated decision on the cost of installation of such a product before engaging with a plumber.their receptionist then wanted to contact the Bunnings store back so she can "lodge a complaint" for directing a customer to them.

The fact this business allows their receptionist to treat potential customers in this fashion is beyond unacceptable.

I have "lodged an official complaint" with the local store and i am in the process of "lodging a complaint of misconduct" with the Bunnings head office against this supplier.

Your instructions need to be more informative. Like how to click the peices together. You also should write left and right facing on the wall profiles. The ones we downloaded didnt really tell you much as to put what bits where. The pictures are not very clear.

Extremely poor customer service. I called with a general product query with the intention of making a number of purchases and was given no help whatsoever, bordering on rudeness.

Have used their products previously without a hitch, however they have changed their design for the worse and they no longer work correctly. The fitting instructions also completely wrong. Be very careful before using their products.

Purchased a shower screen last year but was NOT happy as it leaked, and when I contacted them about it they were very rude, installer come back and drilled holes in the bottom channel to no avail, also the screen is not even parallel, thought we would try them again for our bathroom shower but was turned off as the sales person continuously said the F word in front of my wife and found it so dis respectful. Will never deal with this company again Very disappointed.

Very helpful over the phone - answered all our questions especially as we are from Rockhampton Qld and rely on the phone and internet for information. The lady on the switch and the installation person were friendly, polite and helpful. We will definately be purchasing the shower screen.

I purchased the 2000 Spacia Curved Shower Kit. It is not as it appears in the catalogue. The perspex shower walls protrude beyond the shower screen and base roughly 5-7cm and it looks awful. In the catalogue the walls fit snug (as they should!). The staff were not helpful at all and quite rude. I am very disappointed.

Great service. Dominic the installer is tidy, professional & friendly. I've had a few challenges with my renovations and the team were very accommodating in assisting me. A good quality product for cheap pricing. Good showroom too.

A little on the expensive side, but awesome service and fantastic product. We got a nice vanity unit and even had it delivered.
