9I was buy 4 trolley at Clayton, when 1 of them was stuck the wheel, I bring to ask them to repair it they said no repair, no warranty and they just show me where the rubbish bin …trolley just used 3 weeks must throw away
We got a property with swing gate automation installed and
we noticed an intermittent issue where the motor arm 2 cannot open fully.
It took several attempts & there were a lot of frustrations along the way because
as we go, more issues with the installation were discovered & more efforts were required to avoid the issues from happening again.
However, Steve from Sandbelt Handyman & Richmond Wheel & Castor team showed knowledge, persistence and focus to fix all the issues.
They also built a robust solution that will prevent the same issue to resurface.
There was a need to fix the issue sooner than later. They listened and tried to accommodate our need as best as they could.

Their customer service has always been friendly and they provide a great product.
Worst customer service ever! Bought 2 trolleys online, which got delivered with NO wheels. Rang 4 times and eventually they sent out wheels with no screw in Pin.useless! Don't buy anything from here.
Wasn't 100% certain about what I needed/wanted, but the guy there was fantastic! Super helpful and totally professional in selecting exactly what I needed! I will definitely be coming back!
Sale rep that wasnt really trying to do his job i asked for a detailed itemised description on a product plus any extras that go with it 4 emails and counting still waiting for what i actual asked for description for the items were all sent me to as model codes not what they are
