Just moved into my new place and had to wait my washer and dryer to be delivered, so I tried out RVS Laundromat's pick-up and drop-off service. The owner was super responsive, even picking up my laundry after hours. Got my clothes back in less than 24 hours, all clean and neatly folded.

What I really appreciated was the owner's honesty and kindness. He let me know I could send in more laundry for the same price and opt to adjusted the price this time round for me. Most places would just stick to the rules or stay silent. This shows that RVS genuinely care about their customers.

This place service is awesome. The boss is very friendly and helpful too. The price ranges is also very affordable as I took my winter jacket for a dry cleaning. It was such a pleasure meeting Steven (the owner) and chit chatting with him the other day. I highly recommend this laundry service simply because of the honesty Steven run his business. He could have easily accepted the long coat for dry cleaning which was otherwise hand wash only (a detail I failed to notice), washed it and charged me for dry cleaning. But I really thank him for being honest and pointing it out straight away, hence saving me a few dollars. And of course, the conversation with him was priceless.

Great dry cleaner and excellent customer service. I came in a few weeks ago because I got blood on my suit after breaking up a fight outside a nightclub (hindsight, maybe don’t try to help). Anyways, the suit came back and the blood was still there. They said they could try more ‘extreme’ cleaning methods, which may or may not damage the suit’s fabric, but they needed my consent first. I said to give it a try because the blood made it unwearable anyways. A week later, it came back as new with all the stains removed. They were even nice enough to not charge me for the added service. Thanks so much for the care and kindness. Excellent service, highly recommend!

Pressed and steamed my entire groom’s party’s suits pre wedding at the least minute. Called late the day before and they fit the suits in the next day and turned the whole set around in a few hours. Good pricing too, very happy with the service

I've been using Richmond Valet Laundry service for all my laundry needs for several months now, and I have to say, I'm thoroughly impressed with their services. My washing machine broke 6 weeks before Christmas- and was unable to be fixed until early January. The owner is friendly and helpful, and they always go out of their way to help and have a chat.

Their dry-cleaning services are top-notch as well. I've had several items dry cleaned here, and they always come back looking like new. I appreciate that they take the time to properly treat each garment and ensure that it is handled with care.

Big laundromat with lots of new machines and you can pay without using coins. Also helps that it is on Lennox and not Bridge Rd so parking is sometimes possible instead of resembling one of the 12 labours of Hercules.

Love this lil gem in Richmond which is a one stop shop for busy families n professionals.
New machines have been installed this year and the plc has been given a nice make over by the new owner.
Wash and fold services as well as pick up drop off delivery services are available.

They also have very good drycleaning and alterations services at reasonable prices. Never had a problem here and same day turnaround is possible.

My favourite laundromat. Not as expensive or has loud annoying music like it's rival on Bridge Road
