Richmond Mitre 10

Store sold half its floor space to total tools. Good for timber and sheeting ect, not much stock left in the actual store section.

Very poor example of what this store use to be and i hope you don't trouble the staff. Seems everything is too much of an effort for them. Pathetic.

I live locally and this store is very conveniently nearby. My requirements are never large or difficult but the staff are always courteous and helpful. Update June 2022. Suggest you check the current offer as Just Tools have replaced the general hardware.

Decent enough. Not the largest hardware store so lacking in a few items. The total tools next door his helpful though.

Was once the Best hardware for miles.
It's Been ruined by totaltools. No good unless you want a light bulb. All the good staff are gone or going.
Better to go to bummings in Hawthorn or Collingwood.

The staff in this store are great, very helpful. I’ve never had helpful service like this at any other hardware store.

Went in the other day! And had one of the best customer experiences! All the staff were super lovely and sooo helpful. They really went out of their way for me. Especially in the morning wen everyone is still got the morning grumps. I wish you guys sold groceries so I could just come in and hang out.

Couldn't get into my local Mitre 10 for paint and rang Richmond Mitre 10 and spoke with Stan, gave me all the right information needed and when i walked into the store Stan was professional and courteous. Great to see good service out there,

Very little customer service, especially given the Covid19 situation I thought it was preferable not to go wandering around

I went to Mitre 10 Richmond today to look at decking stains. Lockie was most helpful and knowledgeable. I was able to stain the piece of wood that I had brought with me with samples of the different colours available in the Cutek range. This helped immensely in choosing a colour that I was going to be happy with. Lockie is a big asset for your store. Well done!

Good customer service is rarer than ever nowadays, so big shout outs to Monique that approached me 3 times to help me choose the right wall adaptor! Might seem like a small thing but means a lot

Good staff, however constantly out of stock on range of different items, easier to go to Bunnings

You will find better help somewhere else. Location is not everything.

The trade desk team especially Elliot and Andrew are always helpful. The hardware guys will always find you the gear you need even if they dont have it in stock. So easy to get in and out of.
