I always have good experiences with the clinic and the doctors that I see here. Reception staff are usually friendly and helpful

No good.
Once a fantastic service but now one of the worst.
Reception rude.
Can never get an appointment
Shut on Saturdays before 12
Doctors cancel appointments and reschedule for 1 month later.
If you need a doctor go to the Hospital ER.
Echuca is expanding and doesn’t have the infrastructure to cope.
Can’t keep good new young Doctors.
Something wrong at this medical practice.

Unbelievable you are a patient here and have a chest infection and they tell you, you have to wait 20 days to see a doctor

I can never get into my doctor when I’m sick so I have to take whoever I can get and it’s always the same Dr and he is a joke
I went today because I have a cough that’s actually really bad have had it for 5 days he prescribes me an asthma puffa that is actually $100 why? The chemist couldn’t believe that he prescribed it
And I bet whoever is reading this will know exactly which doctor I’m talking about

As always the staff and Dr Gough were fabulous however I am disappointed I had to make an appointment when the results I needed were not available. I could have achieved the same result with a phone call and not had any out of pocket expense.

Dr Waldron was very understanding and explanatory taking the time to explain my ailments and reassuring me that all was quite okay.

Would give 0 if i could. Dr. Vincent Tam (my semi regular gp) today decided he doesn't want to see me again, with no explanation, the only thing i can gather it was is i was emotional about having achieved nothing from the appointment.i'm in withdrawal from my mood stabilising medications, which he is fully aware of, the whole purpose of the appointment was to get the ball rolling to get me back on my meds.i was not aggressive, explosive, hysterical, violent, insulting, or otherwise abusive.dr explained that another, longer appointment would be necessary (never has been before in my 10 years of mental health services) i expressed confusion and when he explained it was due to some law i literally said as the appointment was ending 'that's not your fault, thank you doctor' and he doesn't want to see me again i'm absolutely disgusted and i'm lodging a complaint through AHPRA.

Such helpful staff and the dr I saw went above and beyond to help me. I entered the surgery very anxious and left feeling extremely reassured, valued, heard and fears alleviated.
Would recommend this clinic and drs to anyone needing a trusting, RELIABLE, understanding dr who actually takes the time to listen to the patient.
Dr Peta Fielding was very considerate and compassionate and I would have no hesitation to recommend her!

I am not from Echuca, and I found it very difficult to find a doctors that was willing to see me in an emergency situation, I phoned Rich River Health Group and they where so friendly and helpful on the phone, they immediately got me an appointment with Dr. Quayle who took the situation seriously and is working to resolve my medical issue. Dr. Quayle and the reception treated me with kindness and made me feel respected and looked after. I would highly recommend calling Rich River Health Group for any health needs.

This Hospital is great very kind and cooperative staff, Dr Merav Katz is one of the best Dr in Victoria I’m really obsessed with her she’s really kind and expert 100% recommended.

Very rude. Forceful, and arrogant Dr who is unwilling to listen or understand your conditions, concerns. And problems, if anything is beyond his understanding he will simply say I don't want to see you again as a patient, unwilling to recommend assistance

Dr Rifat is the best Doctor over 30 years l have been going to Rich River with the last 11 years l have been with Dr Rifat, always find him caring & very professional. Will be missed when he retires, all the best. Most Rich River Doctors & Staff are very good & helpful

This was my first visit to Rich River Health Group, I found all the staff very friendly and helpful! Dr Teh is a nice man, I would recommend him anyone!
