From refreshing noodle soups to stir fries to crispy appetizers to filling main courses to mouth watering sides ending on traditional yet tasty desserts, this place has it all.

What we had:

Vegetable spring roll, absolutely amazing, so crispy and that cabbage and tofu filling has made the roll exceptionally great in taste.

Sliced Chicken Pho, so simple yet incredibly flavorsome, a perfect dish to enjoy on a cold afternoon. Also the soft tender chicken slices laced with pho soup makes it a heart warming combination.

Salted egg and fish fried rice, delicious yet an unique rice dish that has the irresistible salted fish and egg flavor.

Eggplant in Sweet Chilli Sauce, a yummy eggplant dish that is made with honey and chilli sauce, making it impossibly delectable in taste. Definitely a must have at this restaurant.

Sizzling Garlic Prawns, served on a hot plate, that is full of prawns, loaded with veggies and is such a refreshing dish that will give you real cravings for another plate after having one.

Coconut sago with berries, creamy coconut sago, so mouth watering dessert full of fresh berries.

Banana fritter with coconut icecream, crunchy on the outside and soft in the inside, served hot, makes it a delightful combination with chilled coconut icecream.

Besides the great food, the portion of each dish os very generous hence price wise, it's affordable and worthwhile. Also the decor of this place is so airy, bright and beautiful with spacious seating area both indoor and outdoor. And their service is super fast with a friendly and helpful team of staff.

A modern venue offering very high quality, authentic Asian food. Where has this been all my life!

Set in a nestled area of Avondale Heights, Rice Fields feels like the ultimate combination of a modern take to Asian dining whilst staying true to authenticity and flavour. Today we ordered the Grilled pork and egg on rice, combination fried noodles and XO sauce pipis with a Chinese donut.

Our verdict? Very good. The meat was tender, cooked well with a generous portion. The noodles also had an abundance of toppings and tasted high quality. Our favourite and highlight of the night had to be the pipis. The sauce was exquisite in taste, offering a rich and strong taste. Paired with the Chinese donuts and you have a really good dish.

Highly recommend the pipis and the meals we had. High quality food that is better than even St Albans local restaurants for Asian cuisines. We will be back!

I eat here all the time (as a couple and with our large families), the food is really tasty, the eggplant is my favourite. Always leaving full, and the service is excellent. Fast and perfect for any occasion. Highly recommend!

Good food great service. Unfortunately a small group of very noisy parents and kids spoilt it for others in restaurant.

Delicious food, dine in or takeaway, excellent selection of the favourites and some new items to share. Try the mini spring rolls in lettuce with dipping sauce - very nice.

Prices are upper levels in line with the upmarket presentation and quality of food.

Size and quality is good and staff are very friendly. This venue is rather popular so bookings might help to avoid disappointment.

Strip parking is available out front or just around the corner. Wheelchair access might be slightly difficult but achievable.

Food and service are exceptional. They have fabulous vegan options not to mention the best tasting I've had.

REVOLTING FOOD. Just had the worst takeaway I've ever eaten. Utterly revolting. I ordered a Vietnamese coleslaw salad. Instead I got a large plastic box of shredded pickled onion and not much else. Instead of a lovely light sweet fish sauce, the dish was awash in pickled salted vinegar. Gross. #epicfail.

The place is clean and has a nice decor. Most of the meals are nice but there were some misses. The lemongrass beef noodle is quite oily. The beef pho and the prawn salad are delicious.

Best Chinese food in the west. Expect nothing less from aberfeldie’s finest centre back haha. Black bean sauce and chicken ribs are a must have. Keep it up bill food is quality and staff super friendly

As a first time visitor to the Ricefields Restaurant I couldn't get over how popular this place is. It was a full house with people waiting for a table. We had a 35 min wait takeaways, but it was definitely worth the wait! Highly recommended a visit to Ricefields, with very approachable staff and just great food!

Took the wife and kids. Lovely meal, best food we have had out in years. Great modern decor, and flavours that leave you wanting more. Can't wait to go back. Great job guys AAA+
