Absolutely delicious. The burgers and ribs here are to die for. Well cooked, flavoursome as, and the chips are so golden and crispy. Good stuff

I have tried various chicken burgers here and they all are very tasty and juicy. Southern chicken is my favourite and must try. I love their chicken wings with peri-peri sauce and crispy chips.
Salted caramel thick shake is a bliss.

First time eating food from this place, taste wise, I was not disappointed. The burger was awesome (I asked for well done and they delivered). The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because they missed 1 of my orders. It was really inconvenient because I ordered through Ubereates so I couldn't just walk back in and grab it.

Ordered on UberEats about a month ago and my thickshake was forgotten, contacted the store and was put on to chiara, she was so professional and offered every solution to meet our needs unlike the other staff member i spoke to before her. Since then I have come back many times and met with chiara. I am always impressed by her professional manner every saturday when I collect my dinner and she always has a smile on her face and is very polite. This Saturday the store was very busy as usual and she was working, not only did she remember the sauce I ask for and the changes on every single burger but she packed everyone's takeaway very fast and kept everyone calm during the long wait time. Will definitely be back if this service continues totally worth the wait and delicious food and discount for healthcare workers!

Very disappointed! Place an order via Uber eats just for the order to get cancelled! Why was it cancelled? No idea.was waiting over 45mins for my delivery for it to get cancelled! Then tried making contact via phone for the phone to just keep ringing! This is disgusting customer service! Left a voicemail but don’t believe anyone will actually call me back to advise what actually happened!

The most insanely overpriced rubbish ribs I've ever had the misfortune of eating. I paid $25 for three tiny ribs, which were so overcooked they were black on the outside and had next to no meat on them.

This restaurant should be shutdown for health regulations, they were burnt that badly.

Love this place! Food and customer service has always been fantastic. Defs bring your friends and family for some great food at a great price.

Yum yum, always good. They have the best chips around. Bit dearer than other places, but I would rather pay a bit more for nice food, than pay for food I cannot eat, because it’s horrible. The ribs are magnificent, as are the chicken tenders. But those chips, are to die for. Place is clean. Service is good. Don’t have to wait long. Love it.

Not a great night out for vegetarians as their menu is focused to appeal to carnivores. Their ribs are sublime and they have a generous loyalty program. Although I'm a fan of the pork ribs, they also serve chicken, salmon and steaks as well as a range of gourmet burger offerings. Not the cheapest of franchise eateries but the quality offerings are worth the price.

Service was great. Food was absolutely delicious and quick, but unfortunately the prices are just too high for me to visit all the time.
Definitely recommend the Asado Ribs while they are still avaliable

I am a regular there so much That They know how i like my ribs.oh.they 're melt in ur mouth delicious especially with d habenaro rub. Polite chefs and waiters, chill environ.

Well I've had to increase my home loan after eating here today. Wow, ridiculously expensive for what you get. $8.50 for a thick shake, $1.50 to have grilled onions instead of raw? And. $4.50 for a tiny bottle of coke? We paid over $50 for not a lot of food.

Now, the food tastes pretty good. The burgers are a bit too greasy but good none the less.

The service was fast and friendly even though we had a big group of 25 or so people the orders came out relatively quickly.

Don't think I'll be back in a hurry.

You'll know when food is great if it is being lined by so many people and they are willing to wait just to tastes their best tasting burgers and other meals! I'd be back in here for sure!

While my burger was good, it wasn't a great experience overall. Firstly the items are overpriced. Its around $9 for sweet potato fries. Really? My burger was also $14 which is a lot considering its not all that big.

However my friend ended up having to wait a very long time for his food. We ended up having to ask for it and it arrived piece meal.

Room for improvement.

Small portions, you'd think the burgers would look as big as they're advertised, you get half of what you pay for

The burgers taste great BUT prices are a bit steep considering the bathrooms are dirty, there was broken glass and tomato sauce on the floor and my glass was dirty enough that my water tasted wrong. The table service is curt and perfunctory, staff seem stressed and rushed. The small chips have been put in a smaller bowl at the same price.
For the price, I'd recommend going elsewhere until the management decide to put on more staff members to clean the place up and improve the atmosphere.

Good burgers, chips etc. Good service too. Only reason I didn’t rate 5 stars, is because just slightly overpriced is all
