7 June - Ordered one item of winter school uniform apparel

25 August - still not received, winter almost over, no ETA in sight.

Customer service - not too interested.

RHUniforms - believe they are running a service where they hold onto your money indefinitely without providing the ordered product. This must be profitable for the owners but sucks for consumers.

Re: the response from the business, 2 pieces of communication were received after we contacted you for an update. No pro-active communication was offered after 2.5 months of waiting. At any point would you have reached out with an update without this being requested?

Place to buy school uniform and accessories. Situated on ringwood, easy parking in front of the store. Helpful staff.

The store is neat and clean. The staff are very friendly. The product is very complete, the air is good, and I thoroughly enjoyed the whole process.

Many of the school logos very quickly fell off the kids new sports uniforms. Instead of putting in place an effective process to rectify I had to drive out to Ringwood only to be told I had to wait a week for a new one to be ironed on! In the meantime my daughter is wearing her normal uniform on sports days which she is not comfortable with. Very poor service given such a faulty product.

Terrible quality of garments and terrible customer service. Items for a school uniform order arrived with large holes in the fabric and other pieces coming apart at the seams before they had even been worn. Contacted RHSports via 2 emails for a replacement and was ignored. When I called a couple of weeks later they 'looked into it' and said it would not have been their fault as they check everything before it leaves the Chinese manufacturers. This was not the case as the items arrived in this unwearable condition. They have refused to correspond further saying that it is now beyond the time frame for replacement even though it was them who ignored email requests for weeks. If you are looking at ordering for a school or business, I do NOT recommend this company.

RHSports have been really helpful assisting in our inquiries into ordering commemorative school wear. Excellent customer service.

Great quality. Shame it's so far away from our school is a pain. Prices are a bit crazy but oh well.

We just went there because we requires school wear for my little one. Nothing good or bad, just necessary.

Have to get my child's uniform from here, but it's disappointing they don't ever do sales on uniforms or discount codes, or any kind of health care card discounts. So I get pants and shorts elsewhere.

Considering this is a store where parents come with children and presumably often younger siblings, I was shocked when told my 3 year old could not use the toilets. We were told to drive to the nearest McDonalds. I explained he was only 3 and probably wouldnt last as he was getting anxious he was going to wet himself. He was holding his crutch and saying he needed to wee. After being told no to toilets by a younger staff member I approached middle aged brown haired woman hoping for assistance. She just shrugged and said we don’t provide toilets to the public. We had to pee on a bush in the car park out the front while workers looked at us. I understand not providing toilets generally and to adults, but considering the clientele, exceptions should be made for young customers as a matter of human decency. Very disappointed and was a distressing morning! I will say a different young girl who served us was excellent and when we came back inside put a movie on for my little one and in generally she had a lovely manner. If only the managers of this store could take a leaf out of her book!

The customer service level of a graveyard. Sent many, many emails over a week regarding an urgent order. At this rate I'll be dead too before I hear back.

Quick, efficient and friendly staff. It only took a few minutes to purchase the uniform for my daughter.

Purchased goods for my school. Wasn’t what was described. When I wanted to return them I was told to give measurements, seems to be they didn’t even know their own measurements of equipment, just as much as describe them to you as per the sales rep. I’ll never be using these guys again. Good we’re returned and damaged by courier. Subsequently I had to pay for these damages. First and last time. If I could give 0 I would.

I've had good service, good prices and good gear from this company every time I've approached them. We look at online quotes for the equipment we want and RHSports is always competitive.
