Taking barista classes was fun with Carlos. He demonstrated everything very clearly. It wasn't hard to understand. Now I can enjoy more coffees!

I enrolled in January this year with no knowledge and no experience in childcare. These trainers, Ms. Nita, Ms. Madiha, Mr. Ameen and Ms. Areej taught me, shared their experiences and guided me throughout my course and I can now confidently say that the knowledge gained from you is applied in my childcare center. I appreciate you all. Thank you.

I had an amazing experience at RGIT Australia while taking one of their short courses. The instructors were not only experts in their fields but also incredibly approachable and supportive. They made complex topics easy to understand and provided real-world examples that made the learning experience engaging and enjoyable. The course content was up-to-date and relevant, and the hands-on activities helped me gain practical experience. RGIT Australia is a fantastic place to develop professional skills or pursue a new hobby!

Had the worst experience at RGIT as an international student. The student service was the lowest it could ever get. No form of support were given to students when required even during covid. Wasted so much time waiting for placement. Trainers up and left in between the course, students were given no information about new trainer. Literally waited 5 months to go on placement and then waited a whole year to get the college to even issue the certificate. The management and admin did not respond to emails for days and weeks at a time, receptionist literally would put me on hold just to hang up the call. Visa extension needed since RGIT straight up wasted more than half of our academic year. Worst place to ever put trust in as a student

Went there for the barista course and it was an amazing experience, Alki was a great teacher and was able to get everyone in the class from knowing next to nothing about coffee to making it at cafe level coffee in seconds. The advice and help for each individual was spot on and gave encouragement whenever you are doing anything, everything was explained clearly and easy to understand.

This college is all about money. You are not going to learn anything useful here. Don't go to this college.

This college changing timetables according their wish weekday classes put in to weekends. No one responding to email speciallly IT and helpdesk. There is no proper plan how to do those. I was really frustrating about my choice of this college. I thought rgit better than aibt but now i feel this is not the place to study. If you have money pls choose tafe

I started my Australian journey with RGIT and that was one of the best decisions I have ever taken. The training provided was very good and I learnt a lot during my time there. If you are a student looking for a VET college to enroll in, RGIT is a great option.

Last night read the reviews, and today’s experience with the receptionist (rude and focused on her phone than me, and I was the only person there) made me realise I should not study there: if the receptionist cares more about her phone than a potential student, what else is coming up?
If you are skeptics about the bad reviews and decide to go, plan time ahead, the elevator is a real issue (I guess that’s out of the Institute control).

Dear owners,

Could you please teach your students some manners and social skills, or give them a crash course on the Australian way of living? Each and everyone of them we have seen, seems to lack it. They stare creepily at every woman or couple making them uncomfortable, they walk, gather in big groups outside the university blocking everyone’s way and causing trouble for everyone around them. The most annoying thing is, they are mostly seen at Coles for the cheap coffee in big groups blocking and obstructing people who are there to shop. They never say sorry or please. We have no problem with them coming here and pursuing their education, but without respecting values and culture this country beholds, they’d never be actually educated no matter what their degrees say in the future. Please educate them and remind them constantly about where they are doing it wrong. We still have time to right all the wrongs. To solve a problem, we have to acknowledge it. I hope you would.
