I'm glad I found this clinic's sauna session and massage program on Groupon. I purchased the sauna and massage package (totally $79, new customer only).

The sauna is sunlighten with 5 different programs to choose from. If you have your own Netflix account, you can watch it on the small screen while having a sauna. One sauna room can be used by up to two people.

My remedial massage therapist this time was Nana, a very friendly, chatty and skillful Japanese professional with a straightforward personality, I enjoyed talking to her so much!

PS: Bring your health insurance card if you wanna enjoy it again. The clinic can make a claim for you (claim benefit depends on your insurance plan).

Mina is a miracle worker! In one visit, my neck is better than it has been in 8 months and that’s with weekly adjustments where I was living interstate. I think the dry needling (in conjunction with chiropractic) was the game changer.

I don’t usually write a lengthy review but I really wish to express my appreciation to the Uprise team.
I am writing to thank you Mina and Gabi. I was suffered a from an exceptionally painful postnatal back pain. Mina has helped me to fixed it in a few chiropractic sessions. Now I can easily pick up and cuddle my baby and my life has been much more functional. I have my life back because of him.
Gabi is the most warm-hearted receptionist you can find in the world. As a new mom with an extremely unsettled baby, I often find extraordinarily hard to leave home. Gabi would call me half an hour before and ask me if I wanted extra time to settle the baby, and push back the appointment for half an hour or an hour for me if I needed to. This lovey move that really warms my heart when the moment of my life went chaotic.

I have been seeing Mina for Chriropactic adjustments and he is fantastic. His knowledge and quality of care is incredible and has made great progress with my back. The rest of the team are very friendly and everthing is organised really well.

Dr Mena, is one of the best know chiropractors i know. Well experienced and gentle, knows his gig and i trust him totally. Must visit to know your body better and address the issues.

Excellent place to visit if U looking for a massage. Nana was super Friendly and amazing on her hands.

Been going to Matt for massages for a few months now and everytime its always a great experience, I come in with my back to sore to move really worn out from terrible posture at my desk job and Matt always finds a way to fix it up. I feel like I've gotten my life back and am able to do normal things again without experiencing pain. He's very understanding and patient with me so he can sort me out with all my aches and pains. He even gives me useful tricks to make sure I can maintain good posture and improve my health so i don't frequently need to be in pain. Couldn't recommend this place anymore, I would give 6 stars if I could. GO HERE NOW, YOU WONT REGRET IT!

I recently came to uprise and was treated by Matthew. Couldn't be happier with his approach, I haven't felt this satisfied with a treatment before. Would recommend highly.

Myotherapy and massage are fantastic. Professional and friendly. Helped release my muscles and reduce my pain level to nothing. Highly recommend!

The clinic is clean and very welcoming, the reception staff are really friendly and helpful and I've had amazing care from Mina. I highly recommend Uprise Health!

My partner and I had a couples massage from Matthew and Reece. Both of them were really good, knowledgable in what they were treating and accommodating accordingly to our individual ailments. The only reason for 4 star would be the receptionist’s attitude, which comes across as she could not be bothered to work, and her lack of knowledge regarding private health claims.

I live in chronic pain but after seeing Mina I have more movement in my back and an all round better quality of life. Mina along with his warm and friendly staff have made coming to get my adjustments something I look forward to.
My only regret is that I didn’t come here sooner.
