Rezah Afghan Kebab reviews
49 This is one of the best places I have been in Melbourne so far. Authentic freshly baked naan, aushak and other afghani food.
The owner is very humble and polite.
Loved this place.
Great as usual. I was waiting for this place to open after renovation. Finally had a chance to visit after a while, the food was great as usual. So happy this restaurant reopened! Highly recommended.
My first experience for afghan food. Cant emphasize high enough on hospitality. Overall brilliant experience.
So so happy to see the doors open again. Everything I’ve ever ordered from here has been outstanding. Can’t skip Aushak (dumplings) or the Quabli Pilau (rice and curry).
What an EXPERIENCE. Rezah Afghan Kebab takes you on a mystical journey through the Middle East.
The traditional and cozy Arabian style interior, coupled with the delicious home-style food made with love that you can taste leaves you with an unforgettable experience.
Will definitely be returning to this 'Hidden Gem' of Brunswick!
Amazing Afghani / iranian food, less spices and fabulous taste. Highly recommended to drink aghani tea in the end.
Fricken delicious food and amazing hospitality. I stumbled upon this place at 12am, and their flavours *chefs kiss*
thank you!
Amazing food, and the staff are so lovley, can't wait to go again, very authentic feeling, thankyou.
We were thankful to find a restaurant opened late. We had the traditional eggplant dish, which was flavoursome and the chicken skewers. They were accompanied by some warm naan and the servings were smaller than what we had anticipated.
Very poor service, i was visiting from Canberra. I called him up ask if he has Qabuli Pulao and is it fresh he replied "Are you stupid, we always cook fresh food" i mean this is 1 Star customer service.
Please do watch your service before getting served by one of these.
This is a new favourite! We will definitely be back. We shared traditional dumplings, shawmi kebab and the eggplant dish. Came with lots of delicious warm naan bread to go with the tasty sauces.
Gem of a restaurant that serves delicious Afghan food. Ordered the chargrilled lamb kebabs served with freshly baked Afghan bread + condiments, manthu (Afghan dumplings), Lamb Karai (slow cooked casserole). The food is beautifully spiced. The venue is basic with few Afghan carpets hanging from the wall and they accept cards. 10/10 from me.
Ordered lamb karahi via Uber eats. Delivered poorly packed. There was more fat and oil than any meat. Also, totally not worth the price.
Central Asian food is an underrated cuisine here in Melbourne. Afghan food at this restaurant is a perfect way to showcase the different styles of cooking of the region that is linked yet different from the Persian and Indian cuisine. I would recommend the place for anyone who enjoys meat, rice and bread and gravy.
Absolutely amazing food, very good service and very friendly staff, he was amazing and looked after us very well, food was very tasty and we all enjoyed it even the kids loved it.we are from Sydney and when we went there to eat we were blown away by the exceptional and wonderful service that was given to us.we wish you all the best for the future and keep up the great work. I would highly recommend this place for a family and especially there lassis and all foods are freshly prepared as you wait so it does take time for foods to come but it is worth every minute of it because it’s the best tasting food you’ll have.
What a hidden gem on Sydney Rd. The food was delicious, the service friendly and warm - we will definitely be back!
Nice food, not a big range, friendly staff.would come again.didn't have on item i would have ordered bur great nontheless.
Rezah Afghan Kebab is representative of the vibrant multi-ethnic suburb of Brunswick. When I stumbled upon this small local restaurant for supper after realising Very Good Falafel was closed, I did not expect much at all. I was just after some bread with meat and veggies. However, this place pleasantly surprised me with generous amounts of authentic and delicious Afghan dishes. The entree lamb kebab rolls for 10 bucks were a bargain. The staff were rather friendly and fast in serving the foods as well.
This humble restaurant serves up some amazingly succulent lamb tikka and shaumi kebab. Try the manthu dumpling dish for a very different take on typical Afghani food. Great portions too!
Very expensive and costly, very cheap food paid 25$ for taste less chicken curry! Rice was taste like sour and bad taste! Very bad experience! And service like zombie? ️
