Fantastic customer service, a really positive experience from the first call to car delivery.

Great service, were very accommodating with test drive options and even offered to let me take the car home overnight for a bit of a play in it! I felt very well looked after and I love my new Skoda.

I’ve always had excellent experiences with the guys at Skoda sales team, sadly that can’t be said for the servicing team. I had my car in for service this week and was treated with complete contempt by the overweight older bloke who works in the service office. This follows a previous visits where I was almost overcharged for work that wasn’t completed (I picked up on the error) it is for this reason that I will never get my vehicle serviced here again.

On a side note, I would suggest someone needs to encourage the overweight older bloke to retire!
