Rex Gorell Ford

Car in for it's first service. IT was done okay, however when asking about a warranty claim I had put in for paintwork on my brand new Everest, I was told I had to go somewhere else to get it looked at and new photos taken. The photos were already taken by Ford in December 2023. Not very happy, as I would not have been told this, unless I asked, and don't really understand why I need to go again to have photos taken when it is clearly evident that there is an issue.

Spoke with David Surya who was a great help answering all our questions regarding a Ford Ranger.

Just received my new Mustang on Monday and in love it. I have difficulty getting some paper work done but all the Sales consultants were so help full. They go out of they way to try to help as much as they can. 10/10 Recommended if you looking for a new vehicle! This dealership won’t disappoint you.

Recently took my Ford Territory into Rex Gorrell for a 270k service, and to have a few issues dealt with.

Never will I buy a Ford product or have my current Ford serviced by a dealership again.

My Territory was having a few issues, so I thought I would take it to the "experts". None of the issues where dealt with. Instead I was given a service report with a list of issues, some of which I knew I had. And NO quote to fix any of them.

I asked twice for a quote on the repairs to be carried out, mostly replacement rubbers / bushes. And have NEVER heard back from anyone at Rex Gorrell. Though I did have someone call to ask if I was happy with my service, so I asked them again for a quote on repairs. I'm still waiting for my quote.

This was about a month ago, and I still haven't heard ANYTHING back from anyone.

Hear my warning.avoid Renault Geelong & Rex Gorell Ford at all cost!
Sell you a new vehicle, happily take your money & then breach consumer rights/fail to uphold their responsibilities to this very vehicle (both the Renault Service Manager & Rex Gorell Service Manager) - blatantly/wrongfully blocking you accessing the assistance you have the rights to, so the vehicle is looked after with any concerns/warranty issues etc!

Thankyou for your emergency Help. Both of our headlights blew at once and dispite being fully booked Rex Gorell Ford did not hesitate to fit us in. Another Ford dealer closer to home said they could do it in 2 weeks!
