Rewell's MOWER SERVICE

I always get top service at Rewell's. Went in today to get my mower serviced and buy line for my whipper snipper. The staff member took the time to show me how to install the nylon properly (I had no idea!). Great personal service.

Very happy with the repairs and servicing of our Honda mower. Friendly helpful staff and reasonable price. Highly recommended!

Sometimes the wait times for services are longer than you would like, but that in essence reflects that a lot of locals trust Rewells to deliver quality products and quality service. The workshop always does a good job and has kept my saws, mowers, brush cutters and pumps humming along for over a decade.

Quoted $140 for service and repair of our mower. Finally ready for collection several weeks later and charged $220 (apparently needed more parts). Would have been nice to have been told of the price increase before they did the work, could have just bought a new one.

Friendly, helpful and reasonable prices. Always happy to provide information and advice - super nice people that I am very happy to support.

If they had no stars this is what I'd give you - MMM.dropped mower off to be serviced and a couple of minor repairs - that'll take 4 weeks WHAT! Ok accepted that - middle of 3rd week thought I'd just call in to see how things are going, hadn't even been touched it, told we'll get onto it in the next couple of days, gave them a call into the 4th week, STILL hadn't touched it, told them I'll pick it up, never battered an eyelid or apologised - took it to Statewide Irrigation dropped it off Friday picked it up Monday - Now that's service!

Had an issue with a mower a few months after purchase and the Rewell's team were very helpful, found and fixed the fault on the spot.

Hopeless. Totally disorganised. Too busy wanting to 'chat'. Went in after a particular item. They didn't have it in stock. No offer to get it in as I was really keen to buy one. Off to Bendigo then. Tried to support local business but they didn't seem to want it.

These guys are fantastic! Glen teaches you exactly how to use the equipment and just good down to earth country genuine service. Quality gear, decent prices.highly recommended!

This business does not update it's online information. We drove all the way into town based on website stating they were open, only to find them closed.
