Review Clothing - Myer Chadstone

Today I went into Myer Chadstone to the store Review. I just want to say that Helena was very helpful, she gave us tips and tricks and was extremely supportive and exceptional to help my wife feel comfortable in picking out a dress. I just want to let her know that my wife felt extremely happy with her service.

The issue is I lost my stuff, one of the old female staffs at the information counter beside Boost had very ‘good’ attitude, however, u can tell that she not really wanted to help you cuz she always smiled, said that she had no idea how to help and eventually did nothing. V sad. Compares to her, another younger female staff truly did help and finally my stuff got back. That’s the correct attitude to help.

Absolutely amazing experience! Today I was served by a girl called alana! I walked in nervous about what would look good on me, and I walked out with the biggest self esteem boost I’ve had in a long time!
All I can say is review! THAT GIRL NEEDS A PAY RISE! 10/10 will be going back!

The girl that was working tonight was lovely and her service was excellent! I just bought a black Gwen pant for a Gala I am attending and they are amazing. She helped me and made my day. I wish more people were like her. Forgot to ask her name but me and my partner enjoyed the service. Needed to send this message to show our appreciation to her.

I am abit disappointed by the service I received at Review clothing in MYER on Saturday a few weeks ago. I bought a dress and it didn’t fit when I tried it on when I got home. I went back to Myer Review clothing and asked for a refund. The lady said in a rude voice “no I can’t do that, there is no way I can refund it. ” Try buy, swap and sell on Facebook. The tags were still attached and within the 30 days stated on the Myer/review website. I then took the dress to Myer Foundation Gate and the lady from Review clothing was more than happy to give me a refund. I have never had a problem before and the girls always seem happy and helpful but after this experience I am not sure I will buy their clothing again.

We were served by Jane at the main store- not the Myer store - she was absolutely fantastic. I haven’t experienced such great customer service in a very long time. Don’t bother going to Myer they couldn’t care less there, visit Jane at the main store in the centre

Was served by a staff name Katie today. She was lazy and did not want to serve customers at all. There was no smile and acting as if she didn’t want to work. Horrible customer service!

Best Review store in Melbourne - the sales assistants here go out of their way to help and they always get the new stock here first!
