I would never have thought of using a mortgage broker.

However we sought help with both renegotiation of an existing home loan and a new large investment loan.
Their advice re several choices and what can be tricky comparisions between the big 4 banks and others was incredibily helpful.
Amazingly their rates were better than that offered by our current bank offered by that banks personal banker?
