Last experience terrible though and had a rather homophobic bouncer whom has now been moved on, walked past with no intention of going in and the new lovely people were welcoming and inviting and while were not keen this eve invited us back anytime. Good work are u open for brunch?

Great music but it’s a shame that the place is so dangerously overpopulated you can’t even move, people pushing into you, drinks spilling over you because it’s too packed. $15 entry fee for our friend to be told after 4 drinks that she was cut off the bar, she was not drunk and was not at all visibly drunk (man next to her eyes half closed was served a blue drink in a super cup). Not sure how you could even get drunk her anyway as the bourbon tastes like water. Would not recommend, plenty of other places alone chapel

The new door security is amazing, he was so friendly and even invited us in! Compared to the last guy this was a welcome change! Will definitely be back for drinks and a good time with no judgement. We’re on chapel street, and this guy understood the assignment, thank you for getting rid of that last security person who was homophobic and racist he was also ridiculously cocky, and this new guy was humble and amazing! You did good revellers, keep up the good work!

Worst place ever! Security staff make this experience an absolute horror! The attitude from them from the moment when u walk up to the front is a disgrace! The owners should mystery shop the quality of security and get feedback, they would be horrified

Came with a group of 8 and we won’t be back. The guy behind the bar literally had a melt down when we asked for shots. Is that so uncommon? He needs some customer service /attitude training. If this was my business he’d be kicked.

As mentioned by other reviews, I experienced racism last week when the bouncer would not let me and my friend from India in. He was inflammatory and disrespectful. We tried again last night and again were immediately denied entry for no reason. I was then physically assulted by this guy and he knocked my phone from my hand and damaged it. I used to enjoy this place before experiencing this behaviour.

I paid 15 bucks to enter and was asked to leave in a while because apparently I was misbehaving with the girls. I am so unhappy as I was innocently dancing by myself but was thrown out for no reason.
I guess not a good place for brown people.

Free entry if you go early and really lovely staff and security:) small venue but good tunes and good vibe!

Such a fun place, good throwback music and lots of fun drinks and shots. Go with a Revellers VIP for an even better time

Great atmosphere. Love the variety in music and all of the staff were lovely. Dancefloor isn't massive but it's big enough once the tables and chairs were taken away.

Absolute sad sad sad place. Embarassing to go here. Only giving it two stars because one Asian man was killing it on the dance floor

Great place for a night of dancing. The music is always on point and the vibe is friendly and unpretentious. You can take your wildest dance moves and not feel self conscious.

Great bartending service with a smile banter real customer service good security guards and fun atmosphere and of course great music! Needs a smoking area though!

Amazing and friendly staff, you can have a nice little chat and laugh with them if you come in as soon as they open. Quiet for the first hour or so of opening but then the energy really picks up and you'll be in for a fun night of dancing and cheap drinks Thanks a lot, miss you guys and the laughs!

This place is amazing, everyone is friendly and the staff are awesome always smilie and dancing while serving I loved it! I totally recommend this places

The bar is good value. The music is cheesy. It's sad that this place is a magnet for sleazy douche bags though.

Me and a friend of mine were asked to pay an entry fee where as I can see people getting in for free. Its just a nasty trick played by the bouncer from letting us in. I was dressed nicely and was sober. Only option left is I guess my color. If the management is tiny bit serious about their venue they can easily investigate the issue just by looking at the cctv.

Love love loved this this! The staff were amazing and friendly and there's a shot menu. Plays old school music with a twist. If you love boogie'n to some grease lighting then this is your! It's $10 cash to get in no card
