Extremely happy with the conversion of my bike to electric. REV have a great deal of experience and knowledge and were excellent to deal with.

Rebecca was incredibly approachable, helpful and knowledgeable. Her team did a great job in converting my old bike - and for a lower price than a less communicative competitor.

Very professional and reliable. Delivered what they said and when they said. Gave good advice for additional fittings (chain, front chain ring, battery attachment for frame) which proved to be essential.

Thanks for fault finding my battery charging issue I’ve had for sometime, fixing it so promptly and under warranty too. The service you did on my bike has made it feel like a brand new bike again! Great friendly customer service, we really appreciated it.

Rev Bikes offer excellent service and product. I have a commuter bike converted and maintained by REV. Hamed and Bec provide full service for my bike, and the works completed are thorough and accurate. My bike never misses a beat after nearly 6000kms. If you're interested in converting your bike into an e-bike, it will be money well spent.

Rebecca patiently explained and introduced me to the options available for my bike conversion. After testing mid drive and hub motors a few times, I was sold.
They took my bike for a few days and transformed, as promised, my bike into a more versatile transport option. Thanks RevBecca and Adam.

I think I fell in love with the bike when I saw it. It is a stylish, classy looking thing with its leather trim. I found the system easy to work on the test run and seemed to have plenty of power. I like how the gears are placed compared to some other types. I wasnt sure how often I would ride to work but have risen three times already, and only other commitments and weather stopping me from riding more. Rebecca and the team were very knowledgable and professional. Where once I would have thought twice about riding in case I hit a big hill, I am now ducking up to the shops, going out for coffee and riding the 25 minutes to work a couple of times a week.
I can highly recommend Revbikes and I am thoroughly enjoying getting out on my e-bike.

I learnt to put a battery on my bike with Rebecca's guidance, so proud of myself and have since enjoyed a ride into the city and back, something I wouldn't have been able to do after months of not riding, loving the assistance I now get on hills and against head wind, cycling is now so much more enjoyable!

REV bikes have been incredible. Today they fixed a battery on warranty with no complaints and no charge. Excellent friendly service and great communication.

I live in the foothills of the Dandenongs at the top of a steep hill. Only young and fit cyclists can ride up all the way—and I'm decades past being young and fit. I put the bike on back of the car to join local bike trails. The result is I wasn't doing as much riding as I've done in the past. I have a decent bike so an e-bike conversion seemed the best solution.

Thank you, Hamed, for helping me chose best options for my situation. Rebecca telephoned later in the day and said my bike was finished and would be ready for collection in the morning. That was fast!

Next day Rebecca went through the functions of the information display and battery care then sent me on a test ride around the block. All good.

I then set out on the 24 km ride home. Hills which previously would have had me stopping to catch my breath or walking up I now zoomed up. An enjoyable ride instead of a slog. Riding is now great fun.

Just clicked over 16,300km on my converted Giant bike and I haven't had a single problem with it since having it done three-and-a-half years ago. The bike has been totally reliable and the REV service and advice has been simply outstanding. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I wanted to upgrade my old bike & not buy another bike, and from my initial contact with Rebecca on the phone I knew I had found the right place. Rebecca was great at explaining the upgrade options, the technical stuff & costs which gave me confidence they know what they are doing. Rebecca at Rev Bikes is a true professional. Having failed in attempts to source a new electric tandem we sought Rebeccas advice on converting our 15 year old Apollo tandem. Despite some idiosyncrasies unique to tandems the installation of a mid-mount motor went without a hitch. Cabling was cut to length without any excess loops, routed to be as unobtrusive as possible, and professionally finished. A full explanation of the motor, display monitor and battery was given, together with relevant printed material. Nothing was too much trouble. An altogether pleasant and stress free experience. Can't recommend Rev Bikes highly enough.

A big thanks to REV bikes for transforming my tired old bike to a 5 star cruiser. It’s early days yet and I haven’t done a big ride but managed to do a 25 km shakedown ride yesterday and the performance was awesome. The service at REV bikes was exceptional from start to finish. Rebecca was a wonderful help with all my stupid questions. Her patience and understanding of my requirements was spot on. She even let me ride not one but two different bikes on my first presentation to the store in Nunawading. I've been keeping my eye on getting an eBike conversion for around 5 years now and specifically been eyeing out REV during that time. I've seen similar places sprout up over the years, some survive, some don't. The one thing I've seen with REV is they've been doing these conversions for a looooooong time - they know what they're doing, they've been around forever and they're going to be there in the years going forward.why? Because they're actually really good.

When I went in, I did have a rough idea of what I wanted/needed. But Rebecca was absolutely fantastic. Professional, skilled, knowledgeable and welcoming - and above all - comes with years of experience and clearly a passion for what she does.

I've had my converted eBike for nearly a week now and seriously could not be happier. Superb service, loving my bike! And for anyone that's curious - go down for a test ride with REV. An eBike is an absolute game changer!
