Haven’t received my items. But based online 3 months ago. No one is even replying to emails. Would never shop again. Going to follow up with my bank for a full refund.

Bought $300-$500 worth of glasshouse from this company. For the amount you spend you get horrible customer service. Out of it all I received a Christmas glasshouse candle and it had a faulty lid and was scratched so much on the bottom (clearly seemed like a display), you also get ignored when something is wrong with your order Jamie didn’t even wanna know me. It took like 1-2 weeks for him to give me a refund for a candle after constantly trying to get a hold of him. He promised a free candle for spending so much … didn’t even get that or any freebie to ‘cover the shipping’. I don’t recommend getting any glasshouse fragrances from this company!

Jamie and his team are exceptionally good at helping me sought out my gift needs. I am often overwhelmed with the depth of their product range. They are so accommodating and are quick to source the quantities I need. My "go to" place for corporate gifts.
Very appreciative of their continued great service!

Absolute rip off! Retreat sells La’Bang soy melts for $19.95, when you can purchase them directly from labangbody.com.au for $7.99. When I questioned a staff member about the pricing and told her about the price straight from the company, she simply advised me to purchase through them instead. I will never return to this store.

Being going back and forward for months about a faulty item, will not refund it, wont pay for postage for it to get to the store, will not switch for a new product
Owner is not easy to contact or deal with however if i walked in to the store without him knowing his staff always swap damaged items or items with 0 issue.

I buy these candles at the BEST price! They are worth buying even though there is a minor fault with the outer glass. Apart from that the scent is perfect and still beautiful! I'll keep buying them from Retreat

Purchased two candles online recently, one of them does not burn. I called Retreat and was told to send in a video of the candle which I did.
Have called the man 3 times about this and it appears he couldn't care less.
Terrible customer service.

Brought candles which were delivered fast but more importantly packaged well so they were not damaged during transit. More than can be said for other candle companies that send damage goods and take no responsibility. Will definitely be buying more from this company. Thank you

Best candle store I have ever been into (and I've been to many)!
So much to choose from and from time to time they have 25% off their gorgeous candles. They also have a huge variety of fragrant reeds and lots of other things. Well worth a visit when you're in Werribee. I now live nearly 2 hours away, but I still buy my Glasshouse candles from them when I am in the area. Wonderful people to buy from.

Amazing service! I recently purchased a Glasshouse candle online for a friend. It was quick to arrive, and they included a hand written note upon my request - as well as some adorable hair ties. I will definitely be shopping here again!

I’m always after a very specific smell depending on the season. This place has so many varieties, it’s never disappointing. I always find myself going back to purchase products from here, even after visiting other places. I was after a rose diffuser and the shop lady found it for me, now it’s my favourite! The staff members are always so kind and helpful. The products are of excellent quality too. I highly recommend this place for anyone who lives in the area and are picky like me, you won’t be disappointed.
