I want to share my experience with them … oh my god. I had an appointment this Tuesday @1200 … i cake early and started waiting … after 1200 girls still with the client and talking I could listen from outside … then I was getting late I had a to go work. I knock the door.she came and Rudly replied I am with the client I said I have to go to work… they should attend on time … so they wasted 20 mins … after long time she called me inside the room… oh my god … she Didn’t even told me what she gonna do.no explanation, no reassurance as it was my first, she just started and started. Doing I told her in between to stop as I have but anxious and scared and she did within 2 mins.asked me get up and please apply gel … she didn’t remove a single hair from my chin … I paid for nothing …. Very very bad customer service. Please don’t go there

Been too times bad experience they charging 2 times for the second time but today was the bad worst one I ever had i don’t recommend to anyone to go to this clinic

What an amazing hard working, loyal worker Tiana from Epping is. I Forgot to put a review last time I was here 6 weeks ago. I just remembered on the weekend just past when I was there with my wife. Workers who especially know what there doing are very hard to come by these days and she has been great from when I've had her. She was by herself last time I came the whole day no staff for whatever reason. She was still happy, did an awesome job as usual and still smiling. I'm just hoping she has been recognised from up top for turning up to work still when others would pull the pin and stay home.id say she comes from hard working family pedigree with a can do attitude. And that's why I felt compelled to write something keep up the good work Tiana I'm sure your bosses relize what there got already. Good workers are hard to find these days.

At the beginning it was good to do hair removal by laser with my legs, it's been months the hair is not coming out, but then when I started to do with my arms and face it just couple of days it comes out again I did more than 10 sessions and it is the same, they cheating after that, they are not doing it right just flashing it.

Super impressed with the service provided by the lovely ladies at the clinic! Jaz was very thorough!

Very bad customer service, no one on reception …I been twice at clinic but no one at front reception, always call waiting
No one pick up calls, no one back replay, very disappointed at epping clinic.

I booked my appointment online for epping laser clinic for 1100 am. I reached clinic on time. However, there was two dumb girls on the duty. One of them said i have appointment at 1125 am so go for a walk and come back. I came back again in half an hour but girl did not take me in for 45 mins for my scheduled appointment. After one of another girl took me inside the room. When i was in the treatment room the other girl interrupted and said she is my client. I came out with her. Then she asked which service i want to have. I told her and she replied i don't have appointment. I left my kids with someone and i requested the girl to do My treatment. The dumb girl said no we don't have time. I again said look i booked my appointment online please do not do this. They they did not listen me at all.
I even complaint to head office they even did not do anything. They just offered me new appointment. But it not the solution. Really not happy with the service.

I have been 4 times there but I don't like their work and their timing. I booked 2 session for RF fractional.but first time when I went there they said machine is not working and cancel it then next time was the same but after 2 hours worked and the next session they canceled because of machine. And didn't reply to me for a while I contact the office and made an appointment but at the that day they trick me machine working but it was cold all the time and I didn't say anything and I asked my friend who is working another laser clinc and she said it wasn't working. So I wasted my time and money and I never recommend this shop to anyone. Because they treat me as fool person. I worked for 7 years in beauty overseas so I can understand some circumstances but not like tricking other by receiving valuable money without serving them.

Iv been seeing marina for a while I love her work and how professional she is. She makes you comfortable and gives advice on what you need for your skin. Great service wouldn't go anywhere else.

I don’t want leave a bad review because I like some of the girls here, they’re very nice but unfortunately I didn’t have a good experience with the last session. The therapist was so rough, not gentle whatsoever and has left a cut on my face and was bleeding. It was once painful experience.

Also each time I do my laser, there’s still hair left.

I have been seeing mariana for almost a year now and the treatments i have had i am so happy with and the results i have gotten. They also have really cheap prices and really professional the girls are also really lovely and welcoming. Mariana is so lovely and makes you feel really comfortable as i had issues with previous places that werent doing a good job and making me feel uncomfortable. If you are looking into going in you definitely have to see mariana:)

I have been attending the Results Laser clinic in Epping Plaza for a few years now and I wouldn't go elsewhere. What I find exceptionally satisfactory about this clinic is the friendly smiles, the affordable prices, the amazing skincare range and the monthly promotions. I have been seeing Meriana as my laser therapist since day one and she has never disappointed. She always ensures that I leave a happy client and I look forward to seeing her each month. I’ve been going to this clinic for over two years and and I highly recommend Meriana. She has been doing my laser hair treatments during this time, and she is absolutely brilliant.
My previous experiences with other therapists is that they’d leave me patchy, having to go back to get touched up for missed spots.
Meriana has such a high attention to detail and is so great and knowledgeable at what she does, I highly recommend her and my friends to see her.

Unprofessional staff not trained not hygienic went for my session asked to lay down bed with nothing on it was all oily the staff used the laser like nail gun on my face even got my hair.
Complain to head office twice with no reply and complained to Epping plaza management too.
For sack of $10 and $20 please used other places.

Just wanted to say that you have some amazing staff at the Epping clinic but I particularly wanted to mention the amazing Martina. She is one of the best clinicians I have had. She is a real asset to your organisation.
I am writing because often we are so quick to criticise but not to praise

I have had some skin treatment done in the past and very happy with results. Clinic is very clean and costumer service is great.

Best value for money laser & skin treatments!
Always friendly staff, happy to answer any questions and know their treatments and products. It is often really busy but I think this reflects on their popularity.
