Dishonest and poor service.
Purchased a treatment package mid 2022 and at the time was told it expires in 1 year. Called February 2023 to book the treatment and then I was told my treatment that I have purchased has expired. It expires in 3 months. This was so sure not communicated with me when I first purchased my package.

Wow I wish I had of read the reviews before coming to have my botox here. I had no results what so ever. 300 dollars down the drain. I rang them to tell them what had happened and they asked me to come in. At the appointment the nurse agreed that there was no change and told me they would consult management. 3 weeks later and multiple calls from me to them but they continue to tell me it is being processed by management. I don't know what they are using however I do not believe I received Botox. It looks like I am not alone in my experience from previous reviews. Dodgy clinic, I would use your money and go anywhere but here.

Dishonest staff. They advised me that laser hair removal would work for my hair color.i have really fair hair and fair skin and the staff advised me i would get the results i was looking for.i had 11 sessions using a high level.i absolutely got no results. This review is a long time coming as i had done treatment a few years back. This treatment cost me over $1000 and i didn't get any results.i seeked a refund at the time and staff were not helpful in offering anything.i seeked alternative laster places and they all advised me it would not work for my hair color. This place was only looking to getting my money and nothing else. I do not recommend this place at all.

Lana is great for botox and Safa and the other girls are awesome also.

I recommend this place for needling, microbrasion, lazer hair removal etc

I was a happy customer up until now. My therapist left the clinic and the girl who did my face this time pretty much did nothing. She tried to do it way too quickly and didn't cover most of my face. Anh's sessions normally took 10 minutes but this one was less than 2 minutes. This place is going downhill way too fast. Awful service.

Rip off! Paid for 30 sessions all at once. Was never told during sign up there was going to be an expiry date so a loss of $850.00 JUST LIKE THAT! Also did not get any information about before and after care so ended up with burn stains on my legs etc. Poor customer service!

I am happy with the results, however I have been wanting to speak with them on the phone to reschedule my appointment, and after waiting half an hour on the phone I got hung up on. Their website and self-booking system also sucks as it does not let you choose the technician for your booking.

I had a appointment today at 12: 40pm am just 4 minutes late for my appointment I came along 40 minutes drive just for the appointment was there 12: 44 and one of staff member said she can’t do because am four minutes late like seriously guys am going to attach photo of my account so why it’s show 12: 40pm - 12: 50?

Tanya at Airport West is an absolute gem. She is a true expert at what she does, so knowledgeable and able to give useful tips for homecare post-treatment. She was so friendly, comforting and kind! All her present and future clients will definitely be well-cared for and are in excellent hands!

Anne made me feel completely at ease and ensured I was okay throughout my appointment. She is super friendly and my appointment with her was my best yet. Highly recommend.

Have been going here for years and was always nervous about the Brazilian laser pain but oh my gosh Anh made me feel so comfortable and at ease that I’m actually looking forward to my next appointment!

Would NOT recommend this clinic. All staff members are extremely unprofessional and have little knowledge in their work practice. You truely get what you play for at this clinic.

HORRIBLE STORE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! What a waste of money! Highly unprofessional staff, can never get hold of anyone on the phone, bad treatment, untrained and give incorrect information. I have been told my another clinic that the treatment I have been getting from Results for the last twelve months couldn’t have been done correctly to still have the amount of hair growth. After one session elsewhere I’ve seen better results that 12 months at Airport West Results! Some staff are rude and conversations are highly unprofessional. I wish I could have given zero stars for this place but one will have to do.

Horrible experience! The staff member that had treated me was extremely condescending, rushed the whole process and was out of breath. She explained that it’s been a busy month. Completely understandable but her lack of knowledge, listening to my needs and basically telling me that I was wrong the whole time was so belittling. She even went as far as telling me that “all the clinicians look alike” so it was probably someone else that I initially spoken to when I booked the appointment. It was her and I spoke to her about my problem areas and she even rushed me at the time of booking saying everything would be addressed on the day! Would not recommend.

Had my first ageless peel the night with LED treatment and it was awsome! Can’t wait for my next one ;)

AMAZING STAFF SERVICE!
I have recently started getting my laser done at Results and am onto my 4th session. I just wanted to say that the staff are absolutely beautiful, so accommodating and professional. I have not once felt uncomfortable through a treatment. The staff always tells me what great deals are on and are always willing to go above and beyond for me! A special mention to Jayne for being so thorough and friendly!

Emily is amazing! Her friendly customer service made my laser treatment all the more enjoyable!

Worst company I have had the displeasure of dealing with. Went in for a service at Airport West and was left badly burnt and bruised. I reported this and was given zero apologies or follow up care. I asked for a refund for unused sessions and they failed to return money even though they claimed they would. Staff do not respond to email nor phone messages. Do not compromise your health and safety with the incompetent staff at this store. As you will see from previous reviews, when things go bad, they never remedy the situation or give you your money back. Its a pattern of behavior and unethical to say the least!

Been going to get my Laser done here for a few months now each time has been amazing! Great customer service very welcoming and friendly! Very presentable and knowledgeable. Will definitely keep coming back:)
