Monty was an absolute champion and helped me carry my small load of items. The process was simple with asking what I had then weighing them separately. You need an ID and bank account and are given an itemised tax invoice for your records.

I have been dealing with the crew at Re-Steel, happy to say they provide a very professional service and the guys there are always happy to help and give me the best price for my scrap metal. Tidy scrap yard, very easy to drop off and service with a smile from the team there.

A bonus is that they are open on Saturdays. Many scrap metal places aren't open on weekends, so ReSteel's flexible hours are very convenient.

Failed to Deliver / Collect Bins when they said they would.

When we requested to know when bins would be delivered / collected, this was met with abuse and we were told they had booked too much for the day.

Conveniently for Re-Steel, 16 x full-bins of steel (all over 18 meters) were never paid for.leaving us unable to calculate project costs.

This was for the demolished Pakenham Woolworths store, a project that Re-steel guaranteed they could support.
