I hired RestCleanly to clean my airbnb property in St Kilda, Melbourne. I was mainly satisfied with how their team cleaned my flat (and especially with the lady who was managing teams in my area) but their communication was really bad. They were not reliable (they once simply did not show up and they did not even properly apologised for that (they said that they were busy and that they will come tomorrow). It often took them too long to come back to me (or I had to follow up numerous time). Finally, they lost the key from my property and never came back to me on that. I gave up on chasing them to return it and had to change the lock due to security concerns. I would definitely would not recommend their service to airbnb hosts.

DO NOT TRUST - This company is terrible if you are looking for Airbnb cleaners. You will get complaints from guests, forever waiting for replies, causing a lot of issues and headaches. Would not recommend to anybody.

I no longer work with this company. I own and manage several Airbnb’s and over the years I had many issues. In the end I stopped using them due to being dishonest. I booked a normal changeover plus a 1 hour deep clean and they charged me for an additional 2 hours. I complained and said no way was 2 hours required and said I would check my lock. I did and they were only there 57 minutes in total which is a normal changeover. So I shouldn’t have been charged any extra. When questioned they lied again and said 3 cleaners attended, I have camera proof and there was one. The properties were not clean when I took them back, dusty, dirty grout, slime in bottom of shower screen tracks, the list goes on. I’ve collected all their linen/towels to deliver back and have sent many messages asking where to drop them off and no response. My recommendation is avoid, I was paying a lot of money for terrible service and low quality, you can find better!

I've worked with Matthew and team over the past 2 years and they have consistently provided high quality and professional cleaning and housekeeping services. They are very responsive and flexible with approach and timing which has been very much appreciated with all the changes happening to my bookings during the pandemic.

Matthew and his hardworking team recently performed an end of lease clean (with carpet cleaning!) for a rental property I was vacating. With only 48 hours before the keys were due back, they were able to get to the property, clean it and perform a thorough inspection. Super responsive and understanding. I'll be using them again!

I have been using Matthew and his team since June 2020, to help service my apartment for people staying. As I live overseas and only return home 2-3 times per year, having a trusted company like RestCleanly looking after my apartment is critical to me.

Matthew has been very responsive to messages in the early hours of the morning or late at night. And also being able to assist with other support that I have needed in the apartment.

They are really accommodating and do a brilliant job cleaning our Airbnb every time.
