Had an absolutely wonderful dining experience! Chicken Parma was out of this world with heaps of cheese. Good service, friendly staff and great ambience!

I’ve been dining in this restaurant for several dinners, & we love this place oh so much. I have lots of food photos taken in this restaurant, but I still don’t have the time to post them all. Loving their service to the moon & back, because they’re the best on Spencer Street.

Every time I’m here, I’d only order the their porterhouse. And Karina always knows that the steak must be served blue. She’s that good This is the spirit of how a perfect hospitality team should be.

Food was okay but not great. Pork ribs tough, the grilled Halloumi comes on a bed of capsicum, mushrooms and onion which isn't mentioned on the menu. Prawn share plate is 3 prawns.it wasn't bad but I had higher hopes.
The service However was beautiful, the place is very cute its a nice cosy place. Hopefully other things (the chicken looked and smelled amazing) live up to the standard

Kind of soulless city pub restaurant. Food was good. Stuffed up our beer order. Pleasant enough evening, but I'd try somewhere else.

A pretty solid pub-style diner near Southern Cross Station. The food was really flavourful (I really liked the barbecue pork ribs and pita combo) but the steak was a miss. Would recommend their strawberry coconut margarita as of drinks. Flourless chocolate cake was smooth and delicate.

Let’s just say people aren’t lying when they say this spot has the best chicken parma! (i’m looking at you @melbfoodieee) featuring a crumb coat that stayed crispy to the last bite and a cheesy topping, it is so so good! AND if you’re craving a tender porterhouse steak, this is the spot!

Happy Hour is on at 5-7pm everyday and offers $5 pints of beer and glasses of wine! Absolute steal!

Only real issue is that the venue is a little dark and dingy and the platter had hard bread and dry ribs but otherwise their mains were fab!

I visited the restaurant at this hotel because I was told how great their food and drinks were. When I walked in, I was immediately greeted by a pleasant server who was extremely attentive and committed to ensuring that my experience was great! I really appreciated that. Moreover, I ordered a Chicken Parma and lime and lemon bitters; I’m glad I didn’t order more because their portions were extremely generous. The Parma was phenomenal! It looked and tasted top-notch and was also quite reasonably priced considering. I am yet to try their other food items but this experience definitely made a great first impression and I can’t wait to go back.

Ordered the sticky ribs, wife orders the Palma. Chips came out stone cold, and the ribs dry with no sauce, terrible. Both meals seemed like they were just blitzed in the microwave. We didn’t stay for desert.

Just wanted to say I was really impressed with the staff in this restaurant, namely Januda who was really kind and provided great service to me and my family. The dishes were also excellent especially the porterhouse streak which was cooked perfectly.

Amazing service loved the food, never had such good service, waiter named Janu stood out to me great gesture.

Went for happy hour @$5/glass

Food and service were excellent. The music was a bit loud but otherwise a very pleasant experience.

I ate in the restaurant 3 times while staying at the hotel. Have no complaints at all. Food & service were great. A shout out to Jessie Mateos her P. R.was outstanding. Would recommend her for any position in the restaurant industry.

I stay at the hotel and on the first night i went to the restaurant, the staff welcoming and greeted me also help me to recommended something, so i ordered for salmon soba and it's taste beautiful. The food come very quickly, the services and songs are lovely.

Excellent service, prompt arrival of food. Would have been 10/10 but two issues:
Food hot but served on cold plates so cooled quickly
Door to hotel open (even though it says not to leave open). Staff closed it when asked, cold draft.

We first arrived and had to stand for a short time wondering if we seat ourselves or be seated. The waiter came up and seated us, gave us water and menus. Literally 2 seconds later the waitress came around to get an order from us, we hadn’t had a chance to look at the menu yet. We ordered a share plate of grilled halloumi which the waitress couldn’t even tell us what it was and had to check with the kitchen. She checked but still couldn’t explain it. We ordered it anyway, there was no other was to describe it apart from a halloumi omelette with salad on the side, the salad was nicely dressed though. My partner received his meal first with the share plate of halloumi, it took at extra 5 minutes for mine to come out. Still quicker then the people sitting behind us, who had waited over an hour for their meal with staff messing their orders up twice! My partner had the ravioli and I had to double check if he did indeed order a kids meal as the portion was not $30 worth of pasta, some of the ravioli was undercooked. I ordered chicken parmigiana and it tasted great, it was a huge meal (my partner ate half) and the salad was tasty however the chips were undercooked!
The whole time we were eating the staff kept pacing the dining area constantly. I can only best describe it as teachers supervising their students during lunchtime. It was very uncomfortable.
To top the night off, we got overcharged but a couple of dollars. We didn’t go back to save ourselves the hassle.

Went here on 15/10/2022 for dinner with my friend. Greeted upon entering with a cheerful smile & pleasant ambience. Table service was excellent & the meal was just as good. We both ordered the Steak & was very nice. A couple of drinks & meals was $94.

Great menu. Good prices.
Reopened after covid. New staff & good service. Food prices up slightly but wine prices too high.
They do have happy hour 5pm to 7pm.
