Resolve Medical Centre Sunbury

Jodie, the nurse, and all of the GPs and the whole staff at Resolve are wonderful and work hard to provide an excellent healthcare service. They really care about their patients. I cannot recommend enough.

Dr. Asif Mahmud is professional and caring. I feel very secure when I see him to address my health concerns. He listenes to me and very patient. He offers me resolutions are effective and suit me.
The staffs at the front counter are amazing. Well manaer and friendly. The nurse and the pathology are amazing too.
I'm so glad I found this practice. Thank you all for looking after me and the community.

Seeking mental health advice got told I have to find my own psychiatrist also drs come across very arrogant

The doctors are friendly and knowledgeable but most of all Jodi (PM nurse/reception) is always approachable, professional and goes above and beyond when possible. The only doctors reception I’ve felt that cares about their patients.

Great experience, I’m travelling so not a full time patient but Jodie was fantastic, pharmacy right next door. Really friendly place!

A-mazing clinic!
Brought my daughters in last week. Was so refreshing to see bright smiles, giggles and genuine engagement with myself and other patients checking in. Not one of them were like robots and the blonde one who I’ve never seen before even made my little girl come out of her shell and and get ready for her needle. The doctor was also fantastic and had a laugh with the admin girls. Exactly what is patients need in healthcare - to actual feel like we’re being looked after. Thank you to all of you last week. Keep up the great work because it’s definitely felt.

Great medical centre the nurse Jodi was amazing with my boys for there flu shot and will alway find a way to get you an appointment even if there full, doctors are great and don’t rush though your appointment

Was my first time at the Medical centre. The staff and Dr were lovely, go above and beyond. It was a beautiful clean centre and they do bulk billing. The Nurse was amazing & got my flu shot same day.

I can not speak highly enough about Jodi the practice manager and nurse.
My son is beyond terrified of needles and needed a blood test, Jodi was so incredibly patient while he was in tears and hyperventilating she got him to trust her and even though it took a while my son left after all the fear with a smile on his face.
I honestly can't thank Jodi enough, my son has even said he will only go see Jodi now and that she is now his best friend.

Resolve Medical are terrific. Knowledgeable, sensitive, and informative… I immediately felt at ease – and felt confident in receiving expert medical care from the nurse and doctors there. Reception staff were also very friendly. Walked away, very impressed with the overall experience. HIGHLY recommend.

Very Good Bulk billing medical centre. Got appointment same day with good GP and good staff and nurse and got blood test done on same day.

Lovely, approachable staff who are caring and professional. This clinic have appointments readily avaliable most of the time which is extremely convenient. I have been twice and had great experiences both times.

I wanted to share my experience with Resolve Medical. I am very impressed with the level of support from the doctors and the director of the clinic. I had the doctor call me and follow up on my appointment which I have never had before and felt real care. I have also taken my kids for flu injections and they looked after them and made them feel comfortable. I recommend this clinic to others.

Love this new clinic, Dr’s go above and beyond for you. Follow up calls make us feel cared for even after we’ve left. Location is great, with lots of parking available and having pharmacy & pathology right there is so convenient. My new family clinic.
