Resilience Training Centre reviews
17I did the Alta program 23 and it was an amazing experience. You learn from top elite pro fighters who are real martial artists with an extensive list of accomplishments in the sports world in general. Besides the amazing coaches what stroke to me the most is the lack of ego amateur and pro fighters have. Everyone is always willing to answer any questions, share valuable knowledge and teach you wtv they know. Very rare to find that in an ego driven environment I.e. A gym or dojo.
Been training here for about a year and a half now - probably the best culture I’ve found in a gym ever. Trained in several martial arts gyms over the past 12-14 years and this is by far the best. The best culture and team environment, the best coaches and staff (not to mention the Olympic and elite level athletes that train and coach here). There is a huge variety from BJJ, Judo, Boxing, MMA and CrossFit - particularly I’ve found the BJJ coaches Jez and Cal to be super caring about progression and competition prep and the general well-being of the members. Not to mention it really does feel like a family. You guys are legends and will have me as long as I live in the area!
Absolutely fantastic club. Great for beginners. With a depth of knowledge that any level above will benefit greatly from.
I can't rep these guys enough. Olympic level teachers that are also genuine and down-to-earth, great value fees, a well equipped gym and dojo, and the kids have a great time and are learning focus and discipline.

An excellent place to train. I've trained BJJ at a few gyms but this is the first where it feels like a team. Everyone is super friendly and the coaches have a real interest in your progression and success. I can't recommend Resilience highly enough.
I took up BJJ in January 2021, in my late 30s. I didn’t know what to expect but I thought I’d give something new a try. I still can’t believe how open and friendly everyone has been, the culture at Resilience is second to none. I’ve never had a question that hasn’t been answered and I’ve learnt so much from the top-notch coaches and other students. I’m completely hooked and the team at Resilience are a huge part of that. Highly recommended.
I've been training here for a while, and I have to say the staff are super patient and willing to answer questions, the teachers are fantastic and generous with their knowledge and time, and I'm learning tonnes. My BJJ has improved dramatically since coming here!
Fantastic gym. Very positive and supportive environment. Great for beginners and for the more advanced.
I love this gym - family friendly, with world class athletes, beginners, kids and everyone in between. Highly recommended.
Family oriented gym, amazing with the kids, Olympic coaches, and welcoming of beginnings through to elite athletes, caters for all. Never too early or late to give it a go!
I can't rep these guys enough. Olympic level teachers that are also genuine and down-to-earth, great value fees, a well equipped gym and dojo, and the kids have a great time and are learning focus and discipline.

Amazing place to play judo/bjj/mma and crossfit. All the coaches are fantastic and they coach to every level skill level; from beginners to world ranked athletes
By far the most friendly and most experienced instructors & people going around.
Whether it’s CrossFit, BJJ or Judo. They cater for all levels from beginner to a very strong national/Olympic team.
An accepting and supportive team with a fantastic head coach. I mean, they've gotta be doing something right if I'm driving from the other side of the city to get down for W2W training every morning at 5: 45am!
Amazing place I've lost 23kg and the fittest I've ever been - great coaches push and support you
Great team of people! I have just had a baby and Sara and Maria have supported me and modified all my CrossFit sessions to make sure i can train and when i bring the bub along there is always someone there to help.
