THESE DOGS ARE STILL REFUSING TO ANSWER MY CALLS AND EMAILS. THEY ARE STILL REFUSING TO MAINTAIN A STEADY PAY DATE AND HAVE CONTINUOUSLY FINED ME AND LEFT ME IN ARREARS SAYING I HAVE NOT MADE THE PAYMENT DESPITE THE FACT I OBVIOUSLY HAVE PROOF OF PAYMENTS INCLUDING THE EXTRA I HAVE BEEN PAYING.
I RANG THEM TODAY JUST TO GET SOMEONE CALLING THEMSELVES T. C. HE REFUSED TO EVEN TELL ME HIS FULL NAME THEN IMPLIED I WOULD BE TO STUPID TO WRITE IT DOWN. I ONLY WANTED THEM TO STOP CHANGING MY PAYMENT DUE DATE. WHAT A SCUMBAG HE IS.
I GUESS STEVE MITCHEL LIKES TO SURROUND HIMSELF WITH THE SAME SORT OF PEOPLE HE IS.

I AM A LONG TERM CUSTOMER WHO HAS PAID ABOVE THE REQUIRED AMOUNT FOR MANY YEARS WITHOUT MISSING A PAYMENT YET THEY KEEP SENDING MY ACCOUNT TO COLLECTION COMPANIES CLAIMING ARREARS. I CAN ONLY ASSUME THEY KEEP CHANGING PAYMENT DATES YET I NEVER RECEIVE ANY NOTIFICATION FROM THEM OTHER THAN WHEN MY PAYMENTS ARE INCREASING DUE TO INTEREST RATE CHANGES.
THEY HAVE REFUSED TO TALK TO ME BECAUSE I HAVE COMPLAINED ABOUT HOW BAD THE LOAN IS AND FOR THE WAY THEY HAVE DISMISSED MY CONCERNS. WHEN I WAS STRUGGLING THEY THREW ME TO THE WOLVES. AND HAVE NEVER SHOWN CONCERN DESPITE THE FACT THAT I HAVE MET ALL REQUIREMENTS.

Great team to work with. I had urgent purchase deal that settled within 7 days. Resicom is my first point of contact for any non bank deals.

Really helpful and great to deal with.i don't know a better place to put our lo-doc and non-conforming clients. If they can't do the deal it can't be done.

Truly great mortgage managers for "out of the box" type lending.especially for self-employed and those clients who have been declined by their own bank for many reasons.
Recommend brokers give them a try as they are very helpful and also look after mutual clients well, post settlement (which is important to keep clients on side).
