1This is a company that is best to avoid if you are wanting to enter into a contract that has a financial consideration. They undertook a residential development of 10 high end apartments located in Brighton. Completed two years ago, to date only five apartments have been sold. The developers are responsible for paying their share of the levies for the unsold apartments to the Owners' Corporation. These levies go to keeping the common areas clean, rubbish removal, insurance, maintenance and so on. The developers are clearly having cash flow issues and owe the OC a significant sum of money. They refuse to engage with the OC to organise a payment plan. Their arrogance in putting the OC at the bottom of their payment pile is truely pathetic. It is not the OC's fault that they have cash flow problems nor that in this property cycle, the apartments are not priced correctly.
