Absolutely exemplary customer service, no matter how small or trivial an item may be, the staff treated me exceptionally well and went out of their way to source the product I needed. The part arrived the following day and they even assisted me with the assembly. To top things off, the part I had purchased the previous day was not suitable, and the new part was more expensive, they still honoured the original price, and the real bonus was as a RACV member, I got a discount.

Been in the trade for nearly 20 years. Never heard anyone so upset to have to take my phone call. I’m doing the brakes and service on one of my cars. I first ask “do you guys do disc machining” she rudely replied “no mate we are not a mechanical store we are a retail store” last time I went to repco a few years ago yes they did do rotor machining so I don’t know why I got this response. Then after that I was met with a sigh and attitude with every item I needed it was just front pads, engine oil, filter, sump washer and front wipers. When I got to the end and asked said “sorry I forgot to ask I need wipers” she said aggressively “look mate can you just come in like a normal customer, we can’t just take orders over the phone like a bloody fish and chip shop” so I decided this place isn’t worth my business and hung up. I’ll just wait until Monday and use bursons. For 20 years every time iv needed parts iv done it over the phone, and iv never encountered such a rude and unpleasant person to deal with.

Great service Great people who know what they are doing and Great prices for their regular customers.

Thank you to the lovely gentleman at Repco.station Street.today I was in a big pickle cover up from Warrnambool for job interview. And what do you no my car battery went flat. I was so upset didn't no anyone so I get a uber to repro to but me some jumper leads with the littles money I had. And the gentleman man offered me there portable jump started battery thingies for nothing. What legend. Just goes to show this world still has humble people in it. Sooo you so much.

Brilliant customer service. I know nothing about cars but I went in for something my mechanic told me to get as I didn't know a lot of info about my car for the staff to look up what specific brand would be best one of the staff came out to my car to check then found the product I needed needed and even pointed out the one that was on sale which saved me a bit of change. Would recommend anyone who needs a bit of help or just good service try this place.

This Repco store has been in Pakenham for years and is a great automotive outlet for all your general needs or anything else you require for your car. The stores well laid out so it's not hard to find what you're looking for. They also stock thousands of OEM parts specific to your vehicle. There is street parking but it can be limited on busy Saturday mornings.

The couldn't wait to leave the place, I turned up 5mins before close and they had locked up! They were in the shop, They saw me and ignored me, I could see they were annoyed I was out the front.

Went in looking for a part i needed and the staff were friendly and very helpful in making sure i had the correct part to do the job.
