Unhelpful, went in store to pickup a pressure washer and they've given me one with damaged boxing. Asked to check if they have any other units and the salesperson couldn't be bothered even checking if theres any other stock

Last weekend David was a super star he not only helped me get the right light after i was first led in the wronge direction
David made sure i didn't just buy the wrong light he went as far as to help me check and throughly explain how install it too
People like David make Repco live up to being the household name we love!

I had an issue with a previous purchase. They sorted it with no problem. Prices were very reasonable, compared them with super cheap etc, they were cheaper on all products. Highly recommend.

I went there on Saturday and was helped by Courtney who was very helpful with selecting a head unit for my car.she needed additional information and took notes.on Monday I got a call from Greg who completed my quote. I then proceeded with my purchase…
A bunch of awesome people.

I want to say a big thank you to the guy that helped me today. I was looking for certain part and he went out of his way to find it for me. The store didn't have it but he suggested other items and stores and even gave me the part number if I needed for future reference. Very friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. Best customer service.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. ​AND DODGY PLACE TO SHOP

After waiting for three weeks with no notification, I decided to call them and find out.
The person who answers the phone says the item is ready, just come and pick it up now.
I went there for pick up, and the things I ordered were unprepared, so I had to give the staff the order number again and wait for them to prepare the items.
After a few minutes, the staff (lady) came out with plastic bags and passed them to me without saying anything. I checked and found out I still missing a few items. The lady said the missing items were on the way and were already in transit. (why never tell me until I have to find out myself) ?
. After waiting for more than six days, no news, I call again.
And the man who answers the phone is very rude and arrogant.long story short, the items are still on backorder. And I'm still waiting Until today. I'm not going to shop here again. Terrible place to shop!

Why Repco keeps selling their product online while none are in stock.
I bought a few items during black Friday and opted in for pick up because I want the things as soon as possible.
Two weeks have passed, with no update, no phone calls not, emails regarding my order, besides just the order confirmation.
I called them, and the customer service guy was insulting and not helpful asked to hold the phone and then hang it.
I called again this time, a lady picked up the phone, and the customer service said the item was ready.
Drive to there and try to pick the item up. They haven't prepared my order and worst is my same of my order item are missing.
They didn't tell you anything.
Until I checked and told her. Then she said two items were still in transit.

Very poor service and very unorganised.

Hopeless. Clerks don't know anything and argue with people who do. There used to be good staff here but now these people would be better suited to greeting people when they walk in since that's all they can manage, and not manning a parts department SOME OF US need to deal with to get WORK done.

Normally go to Dandenong store but dropped in to Fountain Gate store, lots of specials and they had what I wanted. Friendly service. Easy parking.

The guy with silver hair deserves zero star for customer service. Always gives the most expensive part for your vehicle regardless of the quality.
To be honest Supercheap is right on the other side of the road and it is way better off with the service.

2/ wait a long time for assistance (whether you have a question or just to purchase item/s)
3/ made to feel like you shouldn't be in the store

Visited the store a week or so ago to pick up a C&C order, the employee behind the front counter was too busy having a chat with another customer (who was clearly a friend) to serve anyone else.
I visited again today to return an item that was faulty out of the box, and was made to feel like I broke it. I probably won't be returning for a third time.

Absolutely terrible customer service.
Frontline staff are the face of your business and if that employee at the Narre Store is the best they’ve got, keep driving.
Zero care is what you’ll get here.

Up until the other day I would’ve given this store a five star review. But the service I received this week was absolutely terrible. Upon further inquiries I’ve also realised that I was lied to about company policy and will be taking it further.
A great Repco there’s plenty of stock but I’d avoid ordering things in and parts are definitely cheaper elsewhere.
