Repco Mornington

Came in to get service items for my RX-7 and was assisted by Mikey. As a fellow JDM enthusiast he knew exactly what I was after and we had a great chat about our cars. This is the type of guy you want in an auto parts store, someone with passion and knowledge of his products and customers needs. Will never be shopping anywhere else for service parts or tools, and I’ll be calling ahead to make sure Mikey is working.

Really thorough and helpful advice from knowledgeable staff. Quality parts at a reasonable price. Difficult to find and match wiper blades proved no problem at all.

I would give zero stars if I could! Staff completely incompetent! Even after calling and asking the staff to verify they had the part and that it was actually the right part it was still wrong. Drove half ah hour to get there just to stuffed around by staff that didn't even care they'd completely wasted my time! Seriously, how hard is it to do your job right and treat your customers with respect!

Charged me more in-store for spark plugs than it would have cost to use their own website. When I pointed this out, he told me to be grateful he hadn’t charged extra for transport, as they were out of stock and had to get item from their warehouse. Wow! Is it my fault they’re out of stock? ! Retailers complain about online sales hurting them.and then they treat customers like fools. Not nice.

So called sale they have till the 28th as purchased oil 2 days ago and cost me $$$ only to find today under same sale its $$ cheaper, stores attitude was who gives a f.k, well repco you have lost my 28 years of loyalty & business more so the area manager hasn't called me back, more upsetting was Repco head office informed me i was overcharged in the 1st place, shows me who the thieves really are now

Great customer service, I bought the wrong car battery from another repco, but Mornington swapped it over for me no fuss, and got me back on the road with the correct one. Thanks again guys, very helpful!

Dodgy mysoginistic staff. Will buy elsewhere after being handed 4 incorrect items having asked them for very specific item.

I got the wrong brake pads for my car from another Repco in town. They changed them over for me without fuss. Great customer service.

Only store on the peninsula that actually stock alternators instead of having to order in. Friendly and helpful staff!

Went in for a set of wiper blades, Connor was awesome and even showed us how to fit them. Back on the road in 5 minutes

I would give it a zero star if I could. Went to the store a 2.55pm Sunday and it was closed. Two other people were there also wanting service. The store hours said till 3pm Sunday. And staff were in the store despite our knocking and then turned off the lights. I would NOT recommend this place.

I recently purchased a part from this Repco store in Mornington. I was struck by the excellent service provided by a genuine and helpful staff member, who inspected my vehicle to determine the part I needed. I congratulate Repco on this style of service, going 'above and beyond' to guide the customer. My default purchasing behaviour would usually be to buy online via an e-commerce site. However, 'good old-fashioned customer service' is a powerful differentiator and Repco Mornington is my new default go-to, for automotive parts and accessories.
