32As soon as I walked in I was greeted, which was lovely, I then asked one of the workers for help and he new exactly what I needed, where to find it and how to do it, he was very easy to talk to, positive and was very confident with what he was doing. So thank you Ethan.
Was peak hour when I came in, so took awhile to be helped. But I completely understand, the bloke I spoke with was very well mannered and had heaps of knowledge on head units. He is also very good with antennas and GME radios. Everytime I come into this repco he helps he to his best ability. Love that bloke!
Lots of choice plenty of parking.
Only problem got a price on a fuel filter went back next day could, nt find the quoted price.

The guys at Repco really know their stuff. Special shout out to Anna who was extremely helpful and went the extra mile. Keep up the great work guys.
I personally like to shop from Repco and I always had great experiences but not from Repco in Melton. They’re rude and impatient specially after 3pm. I went for a return and the guy at the counter whisper F$$$. To ask questions about any product you fill like you will be punched in your face or they will kick you out of store. I personally avoid communication and trying to find information from Google or YouTube.
I hope Repco will consider their staff’s behaviour and I am still happy while shopping from other Repco stores.
Shocking customer service, very rude young lady at counter while trying too exchange a simple unused and fully packaged windscreen wiper, had to buy the 50mm smaller wiper, wouldn't exchange, Repco now have trushield 550mm wiper at front counter if anyone wants a free one, no use to me
You can explain your situation via the phone then get told all is good, come down and we can fix the issue. Once there get turned around and told sorry we can't help you. Absolute waste of time
Great service today. Needed new wipers, and had no clue what I needed to buy. I received great advice, from all the staff. A huge thanks to Jake, in particular.
Weekdays aren't to bad
Come weekend they have 1 staff on at the counter an 80% of what you need is behind counter be prepared to waste an hour in there for oil and a oil filter
Management need to put atleast 1 more person on
Mates car broken down, Rang up about a part they had in stock to fix and asked staff member to put aside for us he said no worries. Went in to pick up and they didn’t have the part, hugely unhelpful now have to drive to Ballarat and back again from their incompetence.
I waited for more than 25 minutes for one of sellers to come!

Today I went there for some part I wait for 20 minutes infront of the desk but nobody response to answer me after 20 minutes one stuff come her name is Jess she is too rude and aggressive
When I ask you why dosent have any responsibility she told me go out I told her I’ll definitely write nagative feedback and call to your head office for complain she told me do right now also two women work there as well same behavior and dosent have any information about any car, b4 went there for part had a call and one stuff told me my store have this part but Jess told me go out I don’t have any stuck
So I never ever come there for shopping so I never recommend to someone come there for shopping as well then I’ll call to head office aswell for complain
Purchased Nulon 5w 30 full synthetic oil from Melton store. When I opened the jar at home to pour oil in my car. Engine oil cap would come off easily, no cap seal either. I am not sure if the oil in the jar is the right oil. I Will never purchase from this store.
Extremely rude stuff even the Manager of the store is RUDE AF. Very much disappointed with the service!

I'm a regular customer and Everytime I go to the counter with a product I get asked if I'm an auto club member.
Today, Saturday the 3rd of July I attended to buy a car care product and the bloke behind the counter scanned it without asking me if I'm a member, I'm still looking for my racv card.
I said ' isn't there a discount for club members? ' he rudely said ' you really should be producing that before the sale'
I said to him that he should be more thorough in his job by asking customers if they are auto club members because they have a 25 percent off for car club members.
Also, you guys should be wearing name badges.
I ordered a Cabin Filter online which was processed fairly quickly as I got the text within 5 min that the order is ready to be collected. Went to pick up the order and while waiting outside the shop I saw one of Repco staff member coming out and handing over the product to another customer sitting in their car. I called them and spoke to LIZ (staff member) who asked me to get out of my car and stand next to the door. I got out of my car and stood in front of the door and instead of handing me the filter she threw it on the floor. I found it extremely rude and told her the same. Her reply was that she threw it because I am not wearing a mask. So why not let me know that before throwing it on the floor? Why not place a small table outside the shop and place it on it? Why not put it in my car boot?
Customer Service at its WORSE and on top of that justifying the attitude. The Store Manager came out hearing the heated argument and was pretty much no different to the staff member. I never had any issues with them in the past. But this incident was quite insulting. No one deserves to be treated like that.
Repco are great (so are SC btw, I like 'em both), the customer service at the Melton is excellent though, I've been there a few times and the crew there are always really helpful.
Put in an order on Monday paid for it with delivery option, the store is 10.4 ks away from my home, i was busy and couldn't get in there to pick it up so thought id try out delivery.
Waited thinking it should be here by at least wednesday, surely 2 days is plenty of time to get an order of one container of oil and an oil filter ready and delivered right?
Nope, rang them today (Friday) order hadn't even been processed, knew nothing about it, got told it would be delivered today waited about 5 hours still no show, decided to drive into Melton at 3pm and go to the store and see if i could just pick it up instead, at 3 pm on a Friday there is no chance it would be delivered today.
They hadn't even checked to see if the items were in stock, even after the phone call earlier that morning enquiring about it.
So copped a bit of attitude off them and that always requires retaliation and i don't care who you are, just serve the customer, give them what they paid and waited patiently a full working week for and let them get on their way, no need to comment about anything else just do the job you get paid to do.
So short story Repco Melton are pathetic at customer service and customer resolution, told them to refund me after everyone including me got heated and walked out the store to super cheap auto and got what i ordered for $10 more even though the repco buy was a 25% off online purchase.
Wont be going back, but hey that's just my experience, you might be fine, everyone has bad days.
