Repco Lilydale

Purchased an oil filter and sump plug washer a few days back from the Lilydale store and the young fella serving me could not have been less happy to see me or serve me. No hello, no thanks, no good bye and he certainly made me feel that I was putting him out by being there. Apologies if he has some mental or health issues that I was not aware of.

We went looking for heavy duty car seat covers. Rachael was not only very knowledgeable but also incredibly friendly and helpful. Thanks Rachael for all your help!

They have friendly staff each time I have gone on a weekend. The most recent time i only needed a few things, they were lots of other items on special so I will be going back for more engine oils and other fluids next weekend when more items could go on sale

We went there last morning to buy some wiper blades and the gentleman who served us was great. Explained everything how to install on our own. Excellent customer care. Can't remember his name. But we heard the customer before us was thanking him saying the customer service was really good.

Customer service non-existent, could hear staff talking to each other out the back, then when "assisted" by a staff member she was rude, arrogant and it felt like my presence was an inconvenience to her day. It's a shame because their range and have some great sales.

Always helpful and able to find the parts I need for my GU patrol. Staff often seem a little surly though.

I received excellent customer service from the lady on the desk today (sorry I didn't catch her name!). She even called the mechanic shop for me to let them know I was coming and what the issue was.

Good choice of car equipment. Picked up front rotors and brake pads at a good price and they had no problems in swapping the pads I had ordered for the correct ones.

I have attempted to support repco Lilydale twice in recent times but staff have little interest. I end up going elsewhere.

Went to town in their books to find me a very specific globe I needed to get my mates bike back on the road. They didn't have one, but told me Bayswater did. Legend.

I've always had great friendly service from the team at Repco Lilydale. They've got a great range of automotive gear and the staff have always been very helpful.

Good old fashion customer service from the young man at Repco lilydale Sat 28/9/19 he came out into the carpark to checkout and advise me on products and best method to use on the issue with my car.

Came to get fittings for my spotlights, a staff member came out to my car to see what type of fitting i needed and then took me back inside to get the type they recommended. After i purchased what they recommend i went home to hook up my lights. Completely wrong type of fittings and silly me didn't get a receipt, was back in store the following day and due to the fittings packet being opened and no receipt no refund was given.

Customer service non existent, as the only customer in the shop I was ignored until I had to call for service, even though at least 2 people were aware of me waiting. Not the first time this has happened but it will be definitely the last.

Two staff members talking to one customer while I waited. No other customers. Went to Super Cheap Auto across the car park and got asked if I need help straight away.
