Repco Hoppers Crossing

I wish I could say the service is terrible, but that wouldn’t be fair because it’s not possible to actually get help from anyone in this woefully understaffed store. Line out the door of people wanting to pay and only 2 staff members serving who refuse to actually help when asked.

Have been refunded and had to get a different part for my car for the Repco brand was faulty than to come home to what is supposed to be brand new the pushdown cap of the coolant has leaked in the car.

Super helpful when i was getting my car ready for roadworthy, always had the parts i needed. Called up frequently and they would always help no complaints, but today i called up and immediately got redirected to the website. Sir i was asking YOU because i cannot find what i need on the website but okay I'll go somewhere else.

Wouldn't price match an item, told to "just buy it there" I have a trade account, most of the staff wouldn't have a clue how to operate there own repco navigator site, hence the customer service

Aaron is one of the best younger parts salesmen I have come across in over 25 years of being in the trade. I rang Repco Hoppers Crossing on a Saturday morning, and spoke with Aaron to see if he could check an item in stock, as to how many electrical terminals were on a MAF sensor.
The same item purchased from another store the day before, was missing one pin. Should have been 5, only had 4. (Missing the intake air temp sensor)
The item that he first looked at was the right part number for the application, but it too only had 4 pins. I conceded that a genuine item might be my only option to repair the vehicle.
Within a few minutes of ending the call, my phone rang, and it was Aaron.
He had found another MAF sensor in stock, with the same part number, and it had 5 pins!
Aaron took the initiative to check out other options, even when I had resigned to the probability that I wouldn't be able to resolve the issue for my customer until next week when the dealer opened up again. Aaron also went to the effort of calling me back to tell me what he had found, then booked it out for me and had it ready to pick up.

This is an amazing place to shop for your vehicle parts.staff is just as amazing and helpful

Good customer service mainly, one of the service guy seems to be new, unsure what he was doing.asked for racv membership, i provided one but he’s got no idea on how to apply it to my purchase

You can get better prices than Supacheap but you have to search for them. Good store lots parking.

A well stocked store with a lack of customer service. I waited at the counter to be served for almost 15mins. There were 4 people working behind the counter. Only one appeared to be working the other three did a very good job of avoiding eye contact and engaging with myself and other customers waiting to be served.

Phoned them for a part told them on my way to pick up then to be told it's not there and to go to repco millars Rd not happy

Too busy! Not much service at all, so walked out the door
I was in the area so I thought I'd grab a couple of items that I needed
That did happen! As there was at least 12 or more people waiting in line to get served
I normally shop in Sunbury never have issue even in busy times
This Shop looked clean and good stock but wasn't waiting half an hour or so just to pay for a few items
I did wait 10 minutes and the line near the door didn't Move!

While I'm aware that staffing shortages are an issue for many businesses at this time, the service here was appalling. There was only one other customer in store when I was there & there was obviously some challenges in meeting his needs. I was neither acknowledged or apologized to for having to wait an extended time. Other staff members were seen to come to the front of store on a few occasions with NO offer of assistance or acknowledgement. I left without making my purchase and went to Supercheap who were friendly & efficient. In & out in 5 minutes.

Excellent service and excellent staff who know there stuff and will to help. Great new modern layout

Got exactly w h at we needed a caravan number plate light that was fantastic but the wait in line was a bit long.

Well, trying to grab a wrench it’s locked, u have go ask stuff. Looking for boot struts they don’t have it in front, I talked to one of the male stuff, and he let me go to back to find it, and then a female grandma, don’t know her name but with curved blond hair refuse to let me in and trying to put me into queue, come on I’m not finished yet, before this I never had issue with females, but now why a female works in a auto shop?
